Anxiety bubbles over

Scalding my soul

And charring my passion,

My happiness.

Pervading me

Mentally,

Physically,

Viscerally,

Spiritually.

Convince myself

It will get better soon

But how many times

Can I fall for that lie

little things about someone that make you love them

cute things people do without realizing 

a friend who has been a little distant lately

the background sounds around you

the difference between someone’s real and fake smile

strangers who look sad and alone
