Hi guys! If you don’t know who I am, I’m Shannon! Recently, in both my internet and real life (that makes it seem like I have different personas, which I don’t but--) I’ve seen a lot of my friends feeling??? really down and out?? I know that in times like this it’s really hard to reach out and ask for help because you feel bothersome or you don’t feel like you’ll be understood properly. It’s really hard; so I just wanted to let you guys know some things:

1. Someone in this world loves you and cares about you.

2. If you don’t think that, then hi, I love you and care about you. (I have so much love and support I am ready to give just say the word I will practically write an essay about how much I love you I swear)

3. Times are hard now, but (cheesy, I know) there’s always tomorrow and there’s always going to be better days and better times

4. Talking about your feelings and yourself is okay (if you ever want to talk I’m always here, I’m basically like a bad disease on this website I’m never gone)

5. If you have difficulty talking to others it is completely fine to take time for yourself

6. If you ever feel like you just can’t anymore I’m here to let you in on a little something: there’s always a tomorrow. If that makes you anxious then: good times are coming. If that is still unsettling, then the point I’m trying to make is that there’s always some motivation to keep on keeping on. It doesn’t matter if it’s small things like dogs and coffee at three am or big things, there is always something to look forward to that you should not miss out on.
