This is just a reminder that everyone needs to give themselves regular breast cancer checks. It doesn’t matter if you are a Man, a woman or Non binary. Everyone can get it. #Cancerdoesntdiscriminate
Breast cancer can affect people of any age, any race and any gender. If you don’t know how to do a self check you can always consult your doctor. Or here is a helpful little walkthrough. If you have periods it’s best to check 2-3 days after. It is still important that even if you do self checks that you still go to a professional and have yourself checked regularly.
