i think, if she ever gave it a chance, she'd like the hum of the beach (side note i fucking hate the beach i hate sand i hate being in the ocean). She doesn't like full silence, so the crashing of waves would probably be a nice middle ground. However, she's never left gotham (other than the emergency trip to georgia a bit ago) so she thinks this amount of noise is normal.

she has a bad habit of ignoring people because she genuinely doesn't think they're there. she's so used to ignoring her mother, father, et al, that she forgets people can be real too

Pride, hubris or perhaps just a general air of cockiness.

Strategically the city is preferable to Edward, plenty of places to hide, plenty of crowds to be lost in or when the time comes, command and plenty of competition to channel his frustrations into. However, with his acutely sensitive senses being as they are, sometimes the constant blur and movement of the city can be uncomfortable. Perhaps one day he'll be able to break himself away from Gotham and explore the possibility of embracing solitude.

His hat and cane and perhaps a scarf that used to belong to his mother. Though, realistically I think Edward's first priority would be ensuring his own survival.

Edward often wakes up, slumped at his desk, despite his regular promises to himself not to allow this to happen again. However, he does naturally wake up around 6.23 AM. I'll leave you to decide whether that's early or not.

Although Edward will always claim he doesn't allow simple animalistic needs to dictate his emotions, it should be noted that he becomes irritable and more argumentative.

Naturally, Edward will attempt to tailor his insults to be as hurtful as possible to his victim however he generally, whether consciously or unconsciously it is debatable, accuses his victims of low intellect.

Edward has often been spotted sitting on a bench opposite the East Gotham Orphanage. It's a good thinking spot, and a spot quite precious to him.

Edward's biggest fears are chaos he is not instigating, losing control of his own mind and fading into obscurity. Although, he has recently considered losing Esme as just as severe.

His famous Riddler suit, of course! Nothing wrong with class on the battlefield.
