Ask A Bunch of Ghosts

Spoopy!: Contract Battles happen every year...our trainer had to deal with a few before I joined the family. Was told they’re...harrowing. But they do at least do their job at preventing wars! 

Also, no I don’t have birthday parties. 

Reason 1, I’m not alive anymore so my real birthday is out. Reason 2, I really don’t want to celebrate the day I, you know, DIED. Reason 3, I don’t like keeping track of how long I’ve been dead. I leave that to the DCA.

-There’s an old drawing on a old clay tablet in a display case. It has an image of an angry looking Lunala on it. It doesn’t look like a normal Lunala though. There’s some text under the picture.-

New Moon Lunala: Star dusters and Bringers of Midnight.

It appeared one day. An abnormally small dark Moon deity. We had no idea what to expect as it did the usual task of bringing the day to a close, however it took the light of the Moon with it as it spread night across the sky. The only light that remained were from the stars. Beware the bringers of darkness. 

Extra Info: New Moons are are typically are a size range of 7-8ft in height. Their wing spans 3-4ft. They can weigh up to 400-700lbs, their bulk leftover from the time of being a Cosmoem. They can take a decent amount of hits before being knocked out. When a Cosmoem does not get enough light while evolving they either become a Winter Sun Solgaleo or a New Moon Lunala. Both are the heaviest and the smallest compared to other Solgaleo and Lunala. Neither can preform their signature moves from lack of light stored in them. Winter Suns and New Moons don’t always live for long due to insufficient light. 

New Moon Lunala have extremely toxic light stored within them which they use to defend themselves. If injected with the liquid like light it dissolves the mind in unbearable amounts of pain, along with preying on fears and over all shut down of the nervous system. One New Moon has made their light acidic so it dissolves the area around the injection point so the toxic light spreads faster. New Moons depend heavily on their ghost typing as their primary psychic abilities are really weak. You can typically find New Moon Lunala crawling around on cliff sides to help them get into the air.
