Just a thought
http://askmalz.tumblr.com/
So I just stumbled across this blog, and I think the portrayal of Malzahar is awesome (he’s my favourite champion), plus the artwork of course.
I made this little thing a couple of weeks ago to use as a sample for my pixel art, but I didn’t really end up using it for anything in particular… is it okay if I gave it to you?

//That is an extremely cute Malz pixel oh my goodness ;___; I will happily accept it <3 thank you!
I'm sure the Void is simply dying to meet you - so let us hurry, hm?
Happy Birthday! You are wonderful and talent and amazing and beautiful and so awesome!!!
//Ahhh thank you very much! QwQÂ

"These old clothes did need a slight update."
//Bloop new design for my Malz, his clothes needed a change because his default outfit always felt too plain to me or maybe I just like drawing too many details we just don't know
Minus the mask of course, so I could show his face/lip scar (and he won't always have those glowing markings on his skin either)
"I… had just come to check on you. Is it so wrong of me to worry for your wellbeing, dear brother? …Perhaps, however… I should just come back later. When you’re not crying like a small child."
"Cut the act, prophet. You and I both know you’re here for something other than a simple visit.” His body turned slightly to watch Malzahar’s movement. “State your business now and it better not be a waste of my time to hear you out.”
Malzahar crossed his arms, moving to - quite literally - sit on thin air in front of Kassadin. "Do IÂ need a reason to visit my fellow Void brother? Honestly... you make it seem like I have some form of ulterior motives."Â
A sly grin crossed his lips, one only distinguishable to Kassadin by the way the lower lid of his eyes curved upwards. "Seems I arrived at a good time, too. I would have been disappointed had I missed the waterworks."
Kassadin turned back away, “What are you doing here anyways, prophet?”
((I believe I have lost the ability to do anything seriously or to actually draw his outfit right now))
"I... had just come to check on you. Is it so wrong of me to worry for your wellbeing, dear brother? ...Perhaps, however... I should just come back later. When you're not crying like a small child."
While I do not disagree with your... albeit vulgar, words, as love is the very last thing on my agenda - I must extend my hand in thanks. You came all the way here, seeking me, just to tell me all of this. My dear, you've just made my night easier.
Now I don't have to go out of my way to find a pathetic mortal to sacrifice to the Void's hungry stomach.
You mortals grow lonely far too easily. For what purpose do you have to miss me, of all people?Â
...Though to be fair, I suppose it has been a while, hasn't it?

As soon as he felt that warm, familiar touch grace his cheek, Malzahar exhaled a quiet breath of content. He had forgotten just how much he’d missed these feelings… these sensations. Just the slightest of touches from Jezebel, and his heart felt warm; such an odd, but wonderful feeling that shook away the ice that had once coated the inside of his chest.
Raising his hand, he would rest it atop her own, staring lovingly into those beautiful violet eyes he had come to adore. They were filled with such warmth, such loving adoration, that he swore he felt his own heartbeat quicken. It was still odd to him, to be the single object of someone’s affection - but… her loving gaze was definitely something he could never get enough of.
Jezebel’s warm breath tickled his lips as she whispered, drawing a quiet chuckle from Malzahar. “As have I…”
Leaning in, he closed the distance between the two of them, capturing her lips with his own in order to savor the taste that had been lost to him for so long. The sweet, but slightly bitter taste that he had grown to love. However, the kiss had lasted for merely a moment before he pulled back ever so slightly, staring down at her with half-lidded eyes.
"Jezebel… would you like to come home? Even if you cannot stay for long, I’m certain that not only I, but the Voidlings too would enjoy your presence there. They’ve been chittering unhappily since the day you left." Malzahar had a wide smile displayed across his lips as he spoke, his blue eyes alight with happiness as he gazed upon her. "They’ve really taken a liking to you, you know."
Jezebel couldn’t possibly make any attempt to pull away from him the moment their eyes would meet, only binding their feelings for one another all the more intensely. He seemed so happy to see her, and it made her heart flutter knowing that someone could love her so much. It made her feel alive knowing he had come to her, sensing the loneliness of not seeing him for so long.
Or perhaps.. it was his own loneliness that drove him back to this place? What an amazing coincidence it might have been for them both to be rejoined at the same place, at the same time of morning, that they had originally met, right on the verge of the endless deserts and the terrifying void lands known as Icathia.
The second.. not even that, before his lips even got close, the sense of his breath against her own would ignite the spark she had pushed down to continue her work for the Isles. That loneliness that had kept it at bay, vanished, sending a flame burning brightly through her body and into the kiss that would quickly be met with such relentless passion. She turns slowly to face him, wrapping her arm around him as she meticulously balanced atop the old, wooden pole. Her fingers brushing into the edges of his cloak to cup over his ear and rest her fingers in his dark hair.
The kiss was broken, and Jezebel would take this opportunity to turn completely towards him, drawing her arms around his shoulders as her lips hover so near to his own with a constant, eager desire nagging at her heart and soul.
How she missed those adorable little voidlings. The mention of them causes her to smile, lifting her hand to cup his cheek with her thumb trailing across his lips, “I want to go home.” she says in a soft whisper, meeting his loving gaze with one of her own. Jezebel moves in again, pulling him into another kiss, longing to be this close to him as if she could never possibly get enough. Her form would lean in against his gently, drawing back to whisper, “..let’s go home, Malzahar.." letting his name roll off her tongue with a deep sense of love for the man.
Let’s go home together…
She’d never leave his side if she could help it.
Malzahar's eyes never left her form, not even once. As that same happiness danced across her face, from the smile present on her lips, to her beautiful eyes, he found himself entranced once more by her beauty. It had been far too long since they had been together, and now, he felt as though he was experiencing these things once again for the first time.
Perhaps that's what made this moment all the more memorable to him.
As she drew close to him, and he felt her form press against his, it earned a quiet hum of content. Malzahar made sure to hold her close, wrapping his arms around her back and pressing his hands firm against her shoulderblade, followed by the small of her back. Even as he leaned back, pulling her into the vast open sky, his head was still lowered to stare at her, admiring in silence.
"Then... we shall go." Malzahar remarked in a cheerful tone, the Void essence nearly completely drained from his voice for the time being, allowing his mortal-tone to leak through. "Together."
A single portal, just large enough to carry the two of them opened below, and Malzahar allowed himself to drop. With Jezebel in his arms, he held her close, falling down through the sky as the wind whipped around them. He was in absolute control, and although this might have seemed dangerous to onlookers, there was nothing to fear. So long as he held her in his arms, safety was the prime notion that ran through his mind.
Soon, they had fallen through, and in an instant, had landed on the soft couch in the living room of Malzahar's desert home. The prophet would give a light chuckle, raising his hand up to Jezebel's head to very lightly play with some of the loose strands of her hair. They'd only just arrived, but he was already in a complete state of peace.
"Welcome home, Jezebel." In that moment, several voidlings scurried from their resting places, some out of pots, and others out of nearby rooms; all headed towards the couch and stopping near it to stare cheerfully up at the two of them, chittering in delight. "...From all of us."
I miss Malzahar…
Jezebel looks towards the rising sun over the edges of Icathia, atop the very same pole she had first met the Prophet on. Her gaze instead of being cold, was filled with a sense of sadness.
How she missed him… She barely made it home these days…
In that same instant of brief thought that went through her mind, Malzahar had arrived, floating a good distance behind her as he took to simply idly observing. It was odd for him, to have a small pang of relief and happiness rush through his senses, but seeing her here, alive and well, standing atop the very pole where they had first met… he was relieved. Inching himself closer, he would stop behind her to lower himself down and wrap his arms around her neck, nuzzling his face into her dark raven hair.Â
Though they had been separated for so long… he knew why; her duties were important, and it was equally important to allow her to stray from home and take as much time as she needed away from him.
"My dear… why do you seem so troubled? I could sense the loneliness in your heart from miles away…" Malzahar whispered, resting his head on her shoulder. "Have you truly missed my presence that much?"
The winds were blowing all the more roughly as the morning sun peeks against the horizon little by little, as if it were shy and timid of the day to come. Behind her, he had appeared, and her heart felt as if to skip a beat. She didn’t turn.. as if she sensed it. She didn’t realize she was holding her breath until she felt his touch, and her heart began to pound intensely.
She could stand here forever, taking in the warmth from his body and the sensation of his heart beating against her own. Jezebel, for the first time, felt whole again. She doesn’t turn to face him, drawing her hands up to caress his arms with the gentlest of touches. Her breath.. The first breath it felt like, trembles ever so slightly.
How she missed this… How she.. longed to feel him this close again.
"Immeasurably." she replies in a softened tone, feeling the edges of her lips tugging up into the faintest of smiles. It had been ages since she smiled, too.. He really had such a tremendous impact on her.
Finally she turns a little, raising her hand to seek out his cheek so she might draw his face in closer. Violet eyes took in his glowing blue orbs with such intense love.. Her lips parting to breath against his, “..I’ve missed you so much..” Jezebel whispers.

It was... given to me a very long time ago, during one of my many quarrels with Kassadin.
I was merely trying to ease him to my side once more, yet, speaking of such things seems to be a... 'trigger' of sorts for him, and sets him off very easily. Even more so when I make mention of his daughter. Looking back, I suppose my words were poorly chosen, and quite foolish.
...Though, when I grow irritable, my words and thoughts become much harder to control, and thinking logically becomes far too difficult.

Don’t chase the rabbit
"Mother, I'll be fine." Malzahar reassured, his watchful blue eyes sweeping over her as she stared down at his hands that she held so desperately. "I will still write to you, and maybe even come visit in my spare time."
His mother looked up at him, her eyes swelling with tears that simply refused to fall. To her, it felt like she was losing her son. Sending him to a far away location out of her reach was... simply too much for her to handle right now, but it was for the better. She knew it was for the better.
Malzahar was seventeen, and required a better, more peaceful location for him to stay - away from these vile people that lived in the village.
"I know. I know you will..." She replied, giving a forced smile as she rose her arms to wrap them tightly around his neck. "This is for the best. You will be safe there... it's a good home. Your father stayed there many times during his travels - its spacious, out of the way, and very quiet."
Malzahar smiled, hugging his mother and placing a gentle kiss on the side of her dark hair before he broke the embrace. Leaning down, he picked up the large satchel filled with necessary supplies, slinging it over his shoulder before picking up an equally large bag. For such a trip, many would argue that the things he had filled the bags with were unecessary, but to him, they were irreplacable.
Scribe's tools were a good portion of what was inside, amongst other things like food, blankets, and clothes - but, they were very small in amount compared to his papers, pens, and ink.
"You should go. The wagon is waiting to take you most of the way." His mother spoke, her voice wobbling as she hesitantly released her son out into the world, watching as he turned and headed off down the alleyway to the large caravan that sat idle in the streets.
If only she'd known it was the last time they'd see each other.

Don't chase the rabbit
A father.
Malzahar never truly understood what exactly a father was, or how it felt to have one. As he stood, holding his mother's hand as he stared down at the gravestone before them, his mind was filled with questions. His stare was as blank as his expression.
He never really knew much of his father. Such a busy man, always away on trips to other parts of the desert in order to sell the rugs and materials he had stitched together by hand - he was rarely ever home. Mother seemed to love him a lot, but that's all Malzahar really knew.
Tilting his head slightly, his eyes would scan over the square gravestone that was slowly becoming covered by the shifting wind that brought forth specks of sand. Malzahar had tuned out his mother's sobs a while ago. Instead, he was focused on trying to recall his father's face that he had nearly already forgotten.
His mother had always told him 'you look just like your father!', but, Malzahar was never quite sure. After all, the last time he'd seen him was when he was but a young boy, and now here he was, barely reaching the age of eight. Eight years old, and still far too young to truly comprehend the pain of loss.
Don't chase the rabbit...!
Malzahar stumbled through the sands, his feet carrying him as fast as he could will himself to move. Behind him, people screamed in anger, pelting him with rocks and large fruit as he ran, trying to add even more welts and bruises to his already marred skin. He just couldn't understand this.
Why did everyone hate him? What had he physically done to anger them? Through his tear stained blue eyes, he'd look over his shoulder, only to spy the sheer looks of burning disgust that were being cast towards him.
'Why?' He would ask himself, focusing his gaze back forward before rounding a corner into a nearby alleyway. He'd done nothing but try to be their friend, so, why? His small hand tightly gripped at his left arm, covering one of the more larger, heavily bleeding wounds.
A stab wound.
Heavily breathing, his stinging eyes fell upon the small door that lead into perhaps the only safe place in the entire village. He didn't hesitate to push inside, slamming the door behind him before sinking to the floor. Malzahar allowed his tears to fall, allowed himself to cry and sob as loudly as possible - only to gain the attention of his worried mother as she came charging down the stairs, nearly screaming as she caught sight of her beaten son.
Immediately he was in her arms, shaking and sobbing, trying to collect himself enough to speak.
"M-Mama... it hurts... t-they hurt me again..."
