((New thread)) "All that matters is that you're safe for the time being." Frankie replies while glancing over at her. "You can stay here as long as you want. I know you can take care of yourself, but I don't like seeing you getting hurt."
“Thanks. That’s very kind of you.” Eda smiled. “I owe you a flight.”
Frankie smiles. “You don’t have to. That sounds fun though!”
She nodded. Maybe some other time, she thought.
“What about your neighbors? I’m not afraid of strangers, but what if they get suspicious?”
“Eh, it’ll be alright. They think every girl I bring here, I’m dating. All they do is just get nosey for a while, then go on about their business.” He explained while reaching for the remote.
“Wow, that’s some imagination they’ve got.” Eda joked. The two laughed as Frankie turned on the TV.
It was only news about Zalgo and the Shadow Lurker gone missing.
“Hmm… who could’ve done that?” Frankie said in a sarcastic manner. They both laughed again. “Let’s just hope that nothing else happens for now. I mean, I can be up all night, but they need to calm down on the shit they do.”
Eda knew that calming down calming down would be the last thing on the people’s minds, though.
“It won’t last. Those two bastards will be back eventually. And when they do return, things will be different in the Under Realm. This wouldn’t be the first time Memnoch has had to deal with one of his most uncooperative subjects.”
“True. They never give up.” After a while of watching a random movie, Frankie looks over and sees Eda asleep. He shakes her gently.
“Eda, you can go lay down in my bed. I’ll stay up just in case anything else comes up.”
“…Okay then. Thank you…” She whispered.
Eda fluttered her eyes open as she stood up. She walked Frankie’s room and curled up in the fetal position on his bed. There was no need to get under the sheets. Her large wings were soft and thermal on the inside.
Being a demon, Eda had forgotten what sleep felt like. She was slightly confounded that she capable of it.
The next morning Frankie got a call from his boss saying that he needed him to work that day. As he got ready, he wrote a note for Eda saying that he had to work, and that if she felt bored, she could go out for a while and get some air. He got his keys and closed the door behind him.
He got in his truck and while driving to work, he was hoping that she would be okay. He just hoped that nothing else would happen to her if she decided to go out. He was also hoping that Zalgo wouldn’t try anything anymore. Maybe everything will soon get better. He could only hope.
Eda yawned and stretched herself awake, unfurling from the bed.
If he can’t sleep, why does he have a bed in the first place? She asked herself.
She walked out of the bedroom and found a note on Frankie’s note.
A short fly sounded okay, but she absolutely had to be absolutely careful. Chances were she would end up all over the news next, if it hadn’t happened already. Her concentration broke at the sound of knocking.
She then opened the door and saw LJ standing there.
“Hi there. Is Frankie here?”
Oh, Hell on Earth, she thought. Eda never had an interest in clowns, not even in her human years during the Renaissance.
Although she was a foot and a half shorter than this monochrome clown, she kept her cool. “Well…he’s gone off to take something to his boss. I don’t know where that will be.”
"Oh, alright. Just wondering! Oh, and another thing, are you his girlfriend?"
"Jack, quit being a pest." Says the man with the mask. "Come on, let's go on a killing run."
Jack's face lit up. They took off down the hallway, leaving Eda standing there at the door.

These are pictures of different dried human tears. Grief, laughter, onion and change. Each type has a different chemical makeup which makes them appear different.
i would like to view my dried tears then so maybe ill know why tf im always crying
The four basic human emotions: grief, laughter, onion and change
don’t forget:
Practice room tears are thick. Practice room tears scorch. Practice room tears are scarlet. Practice room tears are blood.
Interesting. I did not know this.

OMG I love this song
((Oh I know this song~ Ah the Joker is my comic book bab~~ ))
((New thread)) "Shit! No time for sleep! Let's go!" Frankie grabs his jacket, with Eda right behind him. They run past LJ and Will, nearly knocking them down. They got in the truck and take off.
A thought suddenly struck Eda. “Umm…Frankie, do you know where that place is? Where my wings are? Beacause…I don’t.”
“Yes, I know exactly where they are!” He answers while flying down the road.
It was a good thing that Eda saw them when he turned the TV on. If they were to sleep and wait, they would most be gone by tomorrow. After an hour drive, he pulls into the parking lot. They get out and run into the building.
He was going to make damn sure no one got her wings. No one except her. Even if it meant hurting or killing anyone that got in their way, those are Eda’s wings and they will be reunited with her tonight.
I can feel them, Eda thought, and they know I’m coming! After climbing several flights of stairs Eda broke from Frankie’s beeline and stopped at one of the doors. She placed her hand on it, ready to push it open. She knew dead on that her wings were through that door.
It took Frankie a moment to realize Eda wasn’t running with him anymore. He turned around to see her waving at him to come back.
He runs to her, laughs quietly, and whispers, “Well I feel stupid.”
He knew this was it. He was going to help her retrieve her wings and no one was going to stop them. He pulled out his revolver and got it ready just in case.
She quietly chuckled. “Don’t be…Listen. do you hear that?”
Frankie pressed his ear to the door, then jerked back with a puzzled look on his face.
Eda clarified, whispering. “There’s banging on the other side of this room. And the people inside are scared. Which means my wings are encased in something and trying to break free! And once they do, everyone will panic.” A sinister smile creased across her face.
Frankie smiled as well. Once they do break free, they’ll be trying to make their way to Eda. He opens the door a little and peeks in. Once her wings get closer to them, he’ll swing open the door. They’ll be reunited in no time!
“It looks like the case is about to tip over. It won’t be too long!”
A loud crash fired an echo through the door. Eda burst into the room not waiting for Frankie. She ran to the middle of the room in the lake of screaming and running people. They struggled to get to the nearest emergency exits, scared to death over what they had just witnessed.
Eda looked from the broken, and now empty, glass case on the floor to the Shadow Lurker on the stage. He stared back at her in shock. Suddenly a massive pain hit her like a million bullets to the back. She had no choice but to stay still as, what she assumed were her wings, clung tight and deep into the flesh and bones in her back.
Frankie runs over to her. He watched as her wings attached to her back. He could tell it was painful by her facial expression. He sees the Shadow Lurker, and as soon as he tried to tackle him, he disappeared.
He falls on the ground. “Damn Shadow Lurker..” He then pulls out his revolver and shoots in at the ceiling. Everyone stops in their place and looks at him and Eda.
He slowly stands up. “Alright everyone, calm down. The bet is off! The wings are back to their respective owner. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Come on Eda, let’s go.”
“Frankie!” Eda hissed. “Keep. Absolutely. Still.”
It was silent in the room for at least a minute. Eda then threw her fist out behind her. The sound of someone in pain and falling to the floor could be heard behind her and Frankie. Both turn around and see the Shadow Lurker clutching his face. Eda had broken his nose.
She snapped her fingers and the stage collapsed, as a gigantic hole formed and swallowed it. The sight of nightly air assured their freedom.
She snapped her fingers again. The Shadow Lurker screamed; he had been set on fire. Frankie understood it was fire from Hell. “Now we can go.”
Eda grabbed Frankie’s left arm and wrapped it around her shoulders. Her arm gripped around his waist.
“Don’t look down.” She warned him.
He closed his eyes and held on tight. He heard the Shadow Lurkers agonizing scream, then it slowly stopped.
This was it. Eda got her wings back, Zalgo is being taken care of, and the Shadow Lurker was finally dead. Or at least he hoped so. They flew through the portal and soon saw the night. He smiled at the sight, knowing that they accomplished the retrieval of her wings. They ran to his truck and they drove off.
“Well, at least you have your wings back. Damn Shadow Lurker was trying to make money off of them. Bastard.. at least he’s dead now.” Frankie finally says, while driving down the road.
Eda shook her head. “I hate to disappoint you, but all I did was send him to Hell. He has no soul, he’s a shadow person. I should have thrown him into the Abyss. That way he’d never return…instead, a selfish demoness just wanted to see him in pain…Not to mention Zalgo will be back any moment, once he realizes I tricked him.”
“Damn. I didn’t think that through. Even if they do come back, everything will be okay. I’m not scared to help you out if we face them again, even if it means risking my life.” Frankie says while watching the endless road continue in front of them.
“…Thanks friend…” The sadness and anger Eda felt gripped her chest, but it didn’t stop her from smiling.
“…That’s funny. My husband told me the exact same thing when I warned him about my dug-addict brother.”
Frankie glanced over at her and noticed that she was on the verge of tears. He gently put his hand on her shoulder.
“I’m just happy that you know you have people that care about you. Me being one of them. Everything will be okay, Eda. I promise you.”
After wiping away a tear, and stared out the windshield and patted Frankie’s hand on her shoulder. The road seemed to go on for ages.
“Wait a second. Frankie where are we going?”
“I’m just going to stop somewhere right quick. We’ll head back to the apartment in a little bit.”
Frankie loved the night. He loved gazing up at stars. He usually sat somewhere and looked up at them when he didn’t want to immediately go home. He went to a certain spot that people never went to, and he usually sat there alone.
I see, Eda thought to herself. Taking a break after this entire hectic week sounded like a good idea. It made her smile.
“Take your time, then. Care if I join you?”
“I don’t mind at all.” He answered back smiling. He pulled up somewhere and put his truck in park. He then gets out and helps Eda out.
She then saw an amazing sight. It was a beautiful field with flowers, and a huge lake with the moon’s reflection dancing along the ripples. Millions of stars tattooed the sky and shined brighter than ever. Even a few shooting stars flew by and disappeared behind the trees.
“This is my little spot I go to when I’ve had a stressful day, which is almost every day.” Says Frankie, laughing a little and sitting down near the lake.
Eda didnt respond; she just tokin the view. The last time she saw a shooting star was the last year of her human life. Slowly she breathed in the fresh air. Her wings flapped, making her hover above the ground yet not too far away from Frankie.
She closed her eyes and turned her palms outward: she was meditating. Not a sound was made. Eda could see why Frankie liked to come here.
Frankie stayed quiet as well and just watched the shooting stars go from just a couple to a constant shower. To him, this was way better than trying to watch them from the city. He did love the city, he grew up there after all, but this was way better.
He then laid back with his arms behind his head and just watched them go in different directions. If he could, he’d probably never go back home. He’d rather enjoy the breathtaking view until the sunrise came.
It was silent. The view was gorgeous. The air smelled…like smoke. It happened without warning. The unfriendly scent caught Eda’s attention. She looked down at Frankie; his eyes were closed and he laid back against the hood of his truck. He was in a trance.
So, only I can smell you angry bastards, she thought, and turned around. There stood exactly who she expected.
“…They’re he-ere.” She chuckled.
Frankie opened his eyes. “Who? Who’s here?” He sat up quickly and saw someone stand somewhat close to his truck and Eda.
“Um… Eda? Who is that?”
“Enough with your Shadow Tricks and come out, old boy.”
The pitch black figure morphed into view. Their colors were now black and red. A badly hurt and very familiar demon glared angrily at Eda, while she sneered at him. He ran to her and grabbed her by the shoulders, but she didn’t change her expression. Eda was in fact expecting this unpleasant reunion
“HOW COULD YOU?! HOW DARE YOU?!”
Frankie jumps off his truck right on cue. He runs to the creature and tries to pull him off of Eda. He responds with swinging his arm back and hitting Frankie, knocking him on the ground. Frankie then slides his leg under the demon, causing him to fall over.
Frankie then pins him down and holds his knife to his neck. He then disappears.
“Shit, where did he go?!”
Eda tornadoed into an upright barrel roll at light speed. Something hit against her and fell to the ground, revealing itself to be one of Zalgo’s followers.
Eda slowed her barrel roll to a stop. “Here he is.”
She landed and leaned over the hurt demon and taunted him. “Now what could I have done to upset you so?”
The demon looked up at her and growled weakly. “I know you took my master somewhere. I’ve been trying to find him, but now that I’ve found you, I’ve decided to get some answers out of you. The hard way.”
He tries to get back up, but Frankie held his gun to the demon’s head. “Move again, and I’ll blow your brains out.”
The demon hissed at Frankie. “You ignorant–”
Eda rolled the demon onto his back with her foot. He groaned in pain. She then stomped back down on his sternum to hold him there.
“All you had to do was ask. I sent your ‘master’ home but fret not, tiny. He’ll be back…eventually. Although, you should know how it goes when the Devil himself is enraged by his creations.”
The demon growled again. “He doesn’t deserve the treatment he’s getting.”
“I’m pretty sure he does. He did have one of his Shadow Lurkers remove Eda’s wings. In my opinion, he sure as hell deserves it. ” Frankie answered.
The demon looked up at Frankie. “And you, you tried to fight him. You didn’t stand a chance.” He said mockingly.
“I didn’t fight him because I thought I was stronger; I fought him because he hurt one of my friends, and that’s one thing you shouldn’t fucking do.”
“Well aren’t you sweet, boy?” The demon turned back to Eda. “As for you, Baroness. I would give up running from Lord Zalgo anyway, if I were you.”
“Zalgo can go throw himself into the fucking Abyss for all I care!” Eda kicked the demon a ln enormous distance away from them, as he were a soccer ball.
Frankie laughed “Nice kick! I think it’s best that we go back to my place. A lot of Zalgo’s minions are creepin’ around.” He walked back to his truck and started it back up.
“Thanks. And amen to that.” Frankie got inside his truck and drove. Eda followed, deciding to fly instead. She knew it was risky, but she didn’t care. However, in the pit of her stomach something was wrong.
It was almost 3 am when frankie pulls in. Him and Eda walked in the apartment and got on the elevator. The ride up felt like forever to him. It was quite an adventurous journey the entire day. It was never a dull moment. As they got out of the elevator, they saw that the hallway was vacant.
"They're most likely in bed right now." They walked back into his apartment room and he sat on his couch.
((New thread)) "Shit! No time for sleep! Let's go!" Frankie grabs his jacket, with Eda right behind him. They run past LJ and Will, nearly knocking them down. They got in the truck and take off.

Frankie laughed "Nice kick! I think it's best that we go back to my place. A lot of Zalgo's minions are creepin' around." He walked back to his truck and started it back up.
so calm
((I love this video))
