I SHOULDâVE SEEN THAT COMING BUT I HADNâT AND I ALMOST SPILLED MY JUICE
Oh well anyway. Let's get down to business.
Thanks to a patch and some extra coding, the Giggles Repair quadruplets can be fused into one single Giggles.
Giggles 2.0 has a more humanoid build, as well as some height compared to their tiny miniature nurse sisters (Possibly around 138cm /Â 4' 6.3"ft). They appear to have a bit of a smooth and soft, "pudgy" slightly "chubby" frame, which also gave them the 'lay' name of "Marshmallow Nurse" or "Giggles Marshmallow". While they can fully speak now, they use internet speech and slangs a lot (lol, omg, idk, imo, etc), the term "bruh" or its variant "nah bruh" being their favorite. They can do what they could do before being fused much better, but also slower because they're one now. Plus, they take very long because their personalities are still separated. So Giggles Marshmallow often fails to focus on the task due to constantly talking, arguing, muttering to themselves, as if they were talking to someone else but are actually talking alone (Think of it like someone with a multi-personality disorder), which is actually the four Giggles talking between themselves. It often delays their work even more and proved to be a problematic thing, specially when time is valuable.
Giggles 3.0 was exactly to fix those bugs on 0.2, among other things. The four personalities are made to work like one single personality, solving the focus problem. Unlike their short previous version and even more so their original four-unit tiny original program, they get quite a boost in height (Somewhere around 160cm /Â 5' 3"ft), keeping their smooth, "chubby" build, albeit it now fitting their new height more. Their design now seems to take more like after a doctor than just a nurse now, which got them the title of "Doctor Giggles" (Or just "Dr. Giggles"), specially with their design resembling a medical labcoat. In irony to their first original form(s), Doctor Giggles speaks fluent English, Spanish, Japanese and even Portuguese, although may still use internet vocabulary when feeling distraught, "bruh" and "nah bruh" still being their favorites. Their healing, fixing and repairing abilities are greatly enhanced, as well as give them a bit of an actual offensive/defensive, should it ever be needed.
Now, the reason for them to have eyes in their palms is totally of interest; If they are taking care of a bug, glitch or damage whatever that is a very delicate process or the way they have to work doesn't let their face's eyes see what's going on (The hands have to stay in the way, the damage is too deep down and they can't look into it with their face's eyes, etc), they can see firsthand with the extra pair of eyes in their palms what they're doing and how it's going ("See firsthand" pun not intended, really).
When those extra eyes are not in use, they're usually closed (As to not freak unaware people out like it happened to Pulseman above) which make them sometimes hard to be noticed. However, they're usually not expected to have those extra eyes, so attempts to catch them off guard/by surprise is pretty difficult because they end up seeing what's going on before their face's eyes actually do.
Note: While Giggles sound and look female, they're agender, so the they/them/their and sometimes it pronouns are often used for them. Though, there's no problem using she/her or even he/him (Though it rarely happens) either. Giggles doesn't mind what pronouns you call them by.
This might be D.C.'s new makeover. Not sure. Might or might not be altered. The hair was a hassle to come up with.
Made her robotic parts single color mostly, made her robotic hands smaller and with hopefully a little more anatomy, and above all removed her cat ears and tail as that was exactly what wasn't fitting at all. So instead, changed her eye/s and made it seem totally like a cat's eyes so that there is a visual evidence that D.C. was experimented on in illegal genetic experiences, besides having parts of her body rebuilt mechanically.
Definitely to give D.C. a major makeover. She just is a sore thumb not fitting here.
GUESS WHO FINALLY, AFTER LIKE FOREVER, GOT HER PEN-TABLET BACK
⌠THATâS RIGHT, MOFOS
I DID

RP: The Shaman's Avenging Banshee (ask-dcspulseocs, pulseman-rp)
"⌠wasnât there where Lisa Hatfield and me met for the first time?"
Kiyoko had to mutter that for herself at the mention of the cafeâs name, but dismissed it the next second off her mind. Now wasnât the time for flashbacks or nostalgia.
"I know where it is! I can get there without problem, I think. D.C. and me will be going there then."
"âŚ"
D.C. however didnât seem very comfortable of having her go as well. Like, look at her. What if she got outside and scared everybody? But⌠Kiyoko alone⌠what if something happened to her outside?
Well, when facing people, most thought that she was wearing a costumeâ albeit a very strange and seemingly uncomfortable oneâ, coming to think of it.
She just gave a nod, pushing away her initial discomfort. If she went along she could make sure Kiyoko would be okay the whole time.
"Weâll be careful, Beatrice. Promise. Weâll try to take the least possible."
Kiyoko then bid a âsee-you-laterâ gesture with her hand, before slowly leading D.C. out by an arm. She had to use both of her hands for that, D.C.âs hands were really bulky, they were mechanic.
"If you run into any problems, you know how to reach us."
Riche turned her attention back to the slumbering electrace on the energy repair panel.
"Just in case something does happen⌠well, this shouldnât take very long."
Both little girls were walking over the sidewalk of the streets of Neo Tokyo like many other pedestrians were. Kiyoko was the one leading, with D.C. coming right after her while the other guided her by one of her metal fingers.
Of course Kiyoko was somewhat better with streets than D.C. so far, the ex-test subject was locked for a great period of time. She still had a lot to catch up to and learn.
"Don't worry, D.C.. Lisa will be there. She always heads to that Cafe after work."
The cat kid didn't reply, and merely followed her other along. Since Kiyoko knew well enough where the Cafe Alex was located, it didn't take very much until they could see the establishment's name on its display glass by the other side of the street.
"It's over there, D.C.!"
RP: The Shaman's Avenging Banshee (ask-dcspulseocs, pulseman-rp)
Kiyoko idled in silence as to let Riche watch the stream, anyone could see how anxious she was during that time. She, like the pink-haired C-Life, had to suffer directly from Galaxyâs Gangâs cruelty and could likely have at least a better remote ideia of how destructive they can be.
She lifted her eyes back to the monitor when Riche came into view again, having just caught up with the new. The last part of her speech made her bite her lower lip softly.
"⌠without knowing the name of the school, checking it up will be hardâŚ"
Kiyoko frowned even further, that was quite frustrating. Though then D.C. started flailing as if she had just gotten an idea or something similar, causing a perk of surprise from the other.
"Li-ah! Li-ahâ!"
"Huh⌠whatâs it D.C.? ⌠âLisaâ?"
Even though Kiyoko wasnât completely certain of her guess, the nod coming from the robotic child did.
"⌠ah wait⌠I think I know what sheâs thinking. Maybe we should go ask Lisa Hatfield herself, she might have the name archived or somethingâŚ! Beatrice⌠what do you think if⌠D.C. and me go see her?"
Riche thought for a moment. She could just as easily try to get in touch with Lisa herself, butâŚ
"Ouugh."
Oh, right. She quickly called up the panel for Pulseâs energy repair table, noticing the sudden drop in available resources, and began redirecting them from a different partition in the systemâs memory.
"Ah, ah, sorry, sorry⌠OhâŚ"
She glanced back over her shoulder at the two girls.
"I guess itâll have to be you⌠Iâve got my hands full here, getting Pulse back in fighting shape. Letâs see, the broadcast ended several minutes ago⌠Lisa gets her lunch break now, doesnât she? She usually goes to Cafe Alex around this time. You should find her there. Be careful, now."
"... wasn't there where Lisa Hatfield and me met for the first time?"
Kiyoko had to mutter that for herself at the mention of the cafe's name, but dismissed it the next second off her mind. Now wasn't the time for flashbacks or nostalgia.
"I know where it is! I can get there without problem, I think. D.C. and me will be going there then."
"..."
D.C. however didn't seem very comfortable of having her go as well. Like, look at her. What if she got outside and scared everybody? But... Kiyoko alone... what if something happened to her outside?
Well, when facing people, most thought that she was wearing a costume-- albeit a very strange and seemingly uncomfortable one--, coming to think of it.
She just gave a nod, pushing away her initial discomfort. If she went along she could make sure Kiyoko would be okay the whole time.
"We'll be careful, Beatrice. Promise. We'll try to take the least possible."
Kiyoko then bid a 'see-you-later' gesture with her hand, before slowly leading D.C. out by an arm. She had to use both of her hands for that, D.C.'s hands were really bulky, they were mechanic.
RP: The Shaman's Avenging Banshee (ask-dcspulseocs, pulseman-rp)
The rather sudden and kind of unexpected reply even startled the two kids a bit. D.C. even had the fur of her tail raise all the way, while Kiyoko had a faint muted âEekâ get lost somewhere along her lips.
The blue-haired kid had a bit of an embarrassed expression as she pushed away the notion, soon getting Richeâs explanation for that.
"⌠ah. Weâre really sorry, Beatrice⌠we didnât know he was sleeping. Didnât mean to make so much disturbance."
Kiyoko always called most of her peers by their complete name rather than their nicknames like most did. Whether it was for politeness or habit or both, is up to oneâs speculation.
"⌠ah! But since youâre there⌠I think we can talk with you instead. I imagine youâre busy, Beatrice, but I⌠Iâm really scared something really horrible might be lurking out there⌠according to what D.C. and me just saw on TV.â
The grief coming from Kiyokoâs voice was crystal clear, while her face showed how much she was scared of the possibility of her thought being true having something dangerous roaming free.
"Always something going on. Well, Iâll have a lookâŚ"
Riche, as opposed to Pulse, wasnât always paying close attention to the news, but she still had access to the direct feed from RWT. With a swipe of her hand in the virtual space, she was able to call up a control panel which allowed her to load a video stream from the local stationâs servers, using a secure connection shared only with Amabilis. She spent a moment in silence, watching the video, before she came to her own conclusions about what she had seen.
"Well, theyâre not saying itâs earthquakes, but then they still donât appear to be real sure about it. And it happened more than once. Doesnât sound like just a coincidence. I canât say that Galaxy Gang had anything powerful enough to break the ground like that and leave nothing to trace back to them, though. Also, those kids getting hurt⌠Always just one kid, each time. Youâd think it wouldnât happen a second time, especially since itâs the same school⌠Oh well. I guess it wouldnât hurt to look into it. Especially since they still donât know whatâs causing it. OnlyâŚ"
She paused.
"âŚThey didnât actually say what school it was, did they?"
Kiyoko idled in silence as to let Riche watch the stream, anyone could see how anxious she was during that time. She, like the pink-haired C-Life, had to suffer directly from Galaxy's Gang's cruelty and could likely have at least a better remote ideia of how destructive they can be.

"Li-ah! Li-ah--!"
"Huh... what's it D.C.? ... 'Lisa'?"
Even though Kiyoko wasn't completely certain of her guess, the nod coming from the robotic child did.
"... ah wait... I think I know what she's thinking. Maybe we should go ask Lisa Hatfield herself, she might have the name archived or something...! Beatrice... what do you think if... D.C. and me go see her?"

If any of the two kids were aware of how⌠drained the electrace was, they certainly would have tried mostly talking to somebody else. ButâŚ
Sato wasnât really anywhere there to be found at the moment.
Nor were Ken or Jun.
Beatrice was probably busy.
And of course, they didnât know of how tired poor Pulseman was. Theyâd find Amabilis physically empty, and were about to go look somewhere else, but they could see activity through some of the monitors. Maybe virtually someone was there to listen.
Upon approaching one of the monitors, a faint sound could be heard⌠that of⌠snoozing? Heck it was a little hard to depict from there. And so, came the unintentional rude awakening from the two little girls.
"Pulseman! Pulseman!! Are you awake?"
"Puh-ahâŚ!"
Anyone who knew D.C. enough could at least have the remote certainty that âPuh-ahâ was her attempt at calling Pulseâs name. Well, she tries, at least.
Whatever was visible on the other side of the monitor screen, was quickly blocked out by Richeâs face, wearing a rather irritated expression, as she addressed whoever it was making so much noise.
"ExCUSE me!! Heâs ASLEEPâ"
But her expression immediately softened when she noticed the two girls.
"Oh, sorry, didnât know it was you guys. No, Pulse is resting right now. He just came back from a mission and it took a lot out of him. Youâll have to speak with him later."
The rather sudden and kind of unexpected reply even startled the two kids a bit. D.C. even had the fur of her tail raise all the way, while Kiyoko had a faint muted 'Eek' get lost somewhere along her lips.

RP: The Shaman's Avenging Banshee (ask-dcspulseocs, pulseman-rp)
Unfortunately, our stalwart, intrepid hero wasn't in any position to deal with mysterious kid-injuring cracks in the Tokyo city sidewalks, at least not at the moment; having just done battle with a gang of rogue software pirates in Korea (coming out victorious, as usual), he was currently in the process of dragging himself back across the open global network to the secure local space of the Amabilis ultracomputer, very tired and much in need of some rest and recuperation under his AI girlfriend's skillful keystrokes.
There was no special announcement for his arrival at the server's main client terminal, but activity could be seen as Riche worked to prepare the energy repair space for her patient.

Sorry that I couldn't draw anything more... elaborate? Heat gives me a bit of an art-block. But I wanted to do something!
RP: The Shaman's Avenging Banshee (ask-dcspulseocs, pulseman-rp)
Neo Tokyo, early morning. You know that while some would be still in bed around that time, a big city as such is up and running already. Even the children that study in the period of morning.
Unfortunately, even at a young age, intolerance might go to levels that leads a child to make fun of another one, and encourage others to do the same, usually demonizing those that have a particular or rare trait.
Such as a female whose hair and eye colors have a very rare and uncommon palette. Itâs sad and heavily distressing, being picked on and bullied over something you have absolutely no power or control over.
For that little female, even passing by a classmate was hell. While she held her school belongingsâ book, sheets, notebookâ in her arms to make her backpack lighter, a boy with short ruffled dark hair simply raised a hand and nudged abruptly on the girlâs arms, causing her to drop her things to the floor.
"Oh hey, 'red-eyed demon'.â
The girl for a moment just stared at her papers scattered over the ground, listening to the boy and few of his friendsâ malicious speeches from behind.
"Whoopsie, 'gray-head'⌠My hand slipped!â
She gave no word or any form of answer, she just silently knelled down and slowly gathered her fallen belongings back. The fact she had to get down collect her stuff only made the kids laugh from behind her while they were on their way to class. It was basically in a schoolâs front, on the sidewalk.
"Hahah! Awesome man! You really taught that demonish brat where her place is!â
"Yeah, again! Hah!â
The devious kids gathered in their own little group, laughing, talking and hanging with each other. The girl, on her own, merely pressed her items against her chest and sighed sadly. She usually tries being a tough kid, but even for someone who grew so bitter over those sessions, they still got to her.
And she was starting to get desperate.
Her head lowered, as if trying to hide under her bangs any tears that she found herself fighting against. She grit her teeth in an attempt to not bite her own lips.
"3 years⌠Almost⌠3 years since this all startedâŚ"
Perhaps, ever since she started attending school, from the looks of it. She shut her eyes tightly to prevent any more tears. Tears are for the weak. But that only made even more of them to slip off her eyes.
"Whatâs so wrong about meâŚ? I⌠I am sick of this, I⌠canât stand this anymore⌠I⌠IâŚ"
She managed to hold in an urge to scream, but her distress was imminent.
"⌠I just want them to STOP!â
The little group of children had planned to buy some snacks from a little grocery shop located right on the other side of the streetâthere was still some time before the beginning of classes, so why not?
They were walking close to the edge of the sidewalk, planning to stop there before they could make sure the street was safe crossing.
They had no idea of what was coming to them. From behind.
Out of the blue and challenging any logic, some force caused the concrete of the sidewalk to violently break, and it moved, causing a trail of cracks and concrete pieces. It moved at a decent fast speedâŚ
⌠until it managed to reach under the feet of the boy who had made fun of his classmate not too long ago. The sidewalk tiles were thrown off with force under his feet, thus, leading him to be pushed forward stumbling into the road.
⌠a truck was approaching at that very moment.
The girl of rare hair color was feeling like a ragdoll that others liked to hit and throw around, having just gotten up to her feet after some sighs and silent weeps. She had to look back behind her upon hearing some bystander shout out something that caused her eyes to widen under her bangs.
"My God!! Help! That boy was hit by a truck!!"
"Somebody call an ambulance!!"
The moment she looked back, there was already a crowd gathering around said accident site. Children, adults, a lot of people had quickly gotten there. She, in a little bit of a reasonable distance, could hear their concerns and worries.
"Oh my! Hey boy! Wake up!!"
"I hope he didnât dieâŚ"
She sighed, that was very unfortunate. She couldnât see who had been struck because of the crowd, but she could ponder how upset their parents and relatives would be when they found out. she didnât say anything, her eyes idly darting down to the floor.
⌠which caused her to lightly sharpen them in silent exclamation, having caught the sight of something.
⌠the trails of cracked sidewalk concrete on the ground started right from next to her feet.
Nobody had noticed that or the broken sidewalk to begin with, yet. They were too concerned with the injured boy to notice. She knew that crack was not there before, and she wasnât really in a good mental state to ponder over it. But the way it linked her to the center of the crowd really frightened her.
She hesitantly took a few steps backwards, seeing that it hadnât followed her pace, then she turned around and ran, fleeing from the site.
She didnât do anything.
She didnât do anything.
She would never do such thing.
But she could tell they would try to blame her and call her a witch. They hateher. And it wouldnât be the first time they called her a witch, or even worse things.
Run. Run. Run.
It was all the went through her mind. Run from there. Go home. Seek her mother. Her mother loved her dearly, with or without odd-colored hair.
And thus, she disappeared among the other civilians in the street.
Such oddity and heartbreaking fact ended up told into the media in the afternoon of that same day. In a city such as Neo Tokyo, information moved round and around really quickly.
Inside the building of the laboratory of Amabilis, at least two of the residents were watching a bit of TV, both also the youngest of the peers living there. They had went to watch TV after helping some of the older ones clean up what had to be cleaned around. Plus, they liked to watch RWT News, mainly because of its newsreporter.
The woman was dead serious while broadcasting, looking professionalâ which was something she wasâ, but couldnât help but let slip a bit of concern off her facials, as she was an human being.
"This morning, a rupture took place close to the vicinity of a school. It seems like an abnormal crack on the ground has started from the sidewalk and gotten into the edge of the road. According to seismologists, no vibrations underground, whatever it was occurred at the surface level, so the possibility of an earthquake is more likely discarded. An accident occurred as a result of the rupture when a young boy was thrown into traffic in the way of a truck."
A subscreen in the studio right next to the woman had a picture of the debris of concrete forming a trail in the sidewalk, barely ending on the edge close to the road. The title âTRAGEDYâ was also labeled in the corner of the picture. the womanâs face then softened as she continued.
"⌠the boyâs currently in hospital, getting several treatments to take care of his injuries. According to parents, his state is stable and is bound to remain in the hospital for an undetermined time, but fortunately, he runs no life risk anymore."
One of the two youngsters watching, with short puffy and ruffled blue hair, cringed lightly as she listened to the TV. She was sitting on the floor, hands by her sides and knees close to her chest.
"Thatâs⌠very odd⌠almost as if it wasnât an accident⌠Iâm glad the boyâs going to be okay thoughâŚ"
The other next to her, with short straight black hair with a pair of feline ears in black fur, basically laid flat on the floor on her stomach next to the other kid, head lifted to watch the TV as well. Her bulky robotic hands gently rested on the floor next to her head. She also looked a little gushed over the news, but she could only make a noise of agreement to her blue-haired friendâshe was 7, but suffered a lot of neglect before getting there, so she still hadnât learned how to speak.
Sighing a bit, the one of blue hair turned the TV off after RTW had ended itâs broadcast. There were still some things they had to help clean in there.
"Letâs go⌠you can lift the heavy objects to let us clean under them? Pulseman told me that youâre pretty strongâŚ"
The other nodded. Lifting objects like tables and couches were her forte from the looks of it. Yet, she took the compliment with a soft blush on her right cheekâthe left one didnât blush because it was mechanic.
Actually there wasnât a whole lot to clean, they do keep their things considerably tidy, but since they did it with no urge to rush things for the sake of finishing it at once, when they finished they basically had to go to bedâ some straight, while others went to eat first, not all of the residents were physically able of eating.
The next morning started smoothly and normal. Both kids wanted to watch the morning edition of RWT News before tending to breakfastâonly one of the two could eat, however. It was rare of them to miss those, specially Kiyokoâ she was friends with the newsreporter.
The woman again looked serious and impartial in her professional way, but the frown on her face was very clear, making her look even more concerned than yesterdayâs afternoon edition.
"Early this morning, another tragedy has happened. Another young student suffered a sudden attack, not very differently from the one exhibited yesterday. For coincidence or not, both attacks happened around the same vicinity and both victims studied in the same school, as well as were of the same class. Who or what could be causing those attacks? ⌠Could Galaxy Gang be still active?â
In the subscreen next to her, was a more representative picture of a blurred background with yellow strips of âCRIME SCENE Â DO NOT CROSSâ going diagonally forming a âXâ, partially covering the sight of the blurred background. This time the title was âTRAGEDY ON SCHOOLâ, also labeled in the corner of the subscreen.
"Oh⌠another odd attack, almost just like that one of yesterday!"
"NghâŚ"
Both kids had a slightly grim expression stamped in their faces, specially at the mention of the name of a just then disbanded evil worldwide organization.
"D.C., do you think we should tell Pulseman? what if itâs indeed Galaxy Gang behind thisâŚ?"
The two frowned further as they took their attention away from the TV to face one another, both could see each otherâs concern.
Kiyoko, who has suffered in the hands of Galaxy Gang in the pastâ mainly the one thug who she once saw as her father before he showed her his âtrue faceââ, knew that things could go horribly worse if they were truly involved.
"If Galaxy Gangâs really behind those odd attacks, we should let Pulseman know!"
D.C. just looked at her and for obvious reasons didnât say anything back, but was quick to nod to show that she agreed with Kiyoko. The two left the commodity they then were at, heading to the ultracomputer site in hopes of finding the electrace there, or any of the older peers.
Something potentially dangerous was on the loose, and it had to be stopped.
Oops!
I think Galaxy Gang broke it...
Or is it just me?
(Still works though. XD' )
Extra bytes on the McPritt's
Masako and Masae McPritt own one (Or even some) of those:
This is an Ouija Board (But is also know by the names of "Spirit Board" or "Talking Board"), which people usually use to (supposedly) try to talk to spirits or to the souls of those who have already departed. Usually teenagers like to use them just as a "tense" (Or challenge) game or to prank one or more of their friends.
Usually, an Ouija Board comes with a planchette, a small heart or semi-heart shaped piece of wood, which is the tool that the "spirit will move" over the board to spell out whatever they want to message out:
A planchette might come with other shapes, like triangles, and more).
But, probably the most popular image is the "amateur" tool which tends to be a common glass cup.
On the rare occasions where Masae is requested to perform an Ouija Board session, she can alter between the official planchette, or a glass that is actually made of crystal, the same usually used to make crystal balls.
Also, she won't perform a session until some requirements are met, such as making sure that all of the subjects involved besides herself are above 12 years old, as children are more sensitive to ghosts, spirits and poltergeists than adults. She also prefers the light of the place where the session will take place to be very weak (Possibly just a little tablelamp) or if possible reduced to candles illumination, as ghosts tend to inhabit dark environments and might become inhibited in lit up places.

Added a tracker of Online Users counter. Easier to track down possible Galaxy Gang activity! o:
But mostly to know when lovely friends are visiting. <3
Okay, I admit. I procrastinated on those for a few days and just got to it today. Shaddup. XD
