Pulseman fanart! Did I really not post anything since the last one? Sheesh… Anyhoo, revisiting this one, I wanted it to feel more like boxart from the era (since Pulseman never got a localized NA release) and tried keeping the pose similar to the original (just angled differently). Almost looks kinda like Goku’s Dragon Fist, too!

Propaganda : Pulseman is one of Game Freak's pre-Pokémon games for the Genesis. While Rotom's appearance is based on the character, Pikachu's Volt Tackle is named after his signature Volteccer ability in the Japanese version.
