Have you ever tried hooking up a mate with somebody that use to have feelings for you and realize how stupid you were for not feeling the same way? I have... just tonight, actually.

My mate recently moved and he felt lonely. I thought I'd introduce him to someone whom had once a thing for me that lived locally, as I was telling my mate about him I realized... WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T I GO FOR HIM? Handsome, great personality, family-orientated and he was interested in ME... I'm so stupid, guys I've liked in the past seem to have only one or two of those traits, so why didn't I ever go for him?

I'm beginning to think that it's because there was no chase involved. If you're chasing me, more than likely that I'd get scared and hide. I'm the type who'd rather do the chasing but once you've stopped, I tend to turn around and run the other direction, however, if you've been running alongside me the whole time, there's a high chance a relationship would develop.
