The best shapeshifter trope in media is when they get damaged or desperate and just start rapidly and/or uncontrollably cycling through all of the previous forms they've assumed.

Why is Jimmy just a magnet for powerful evil women? Even Kara was evil when they met. They just need to leave him outside and wait for every female villain in Metropolis to gather around him so they catch them all in one big sting.

You know poor Nikki's story has become an absolute trashy true crime goldmine in the Obsession universe. As much as I'd like Bear for the cops to blame Bear for the murders, I can't see it happening. Nikki's body killed Sarah and Ian so they physical evidence is against her, everyone from the party will tell the police how unstable she was acting and after spending at least a few weeks stuck in the Sunken Place I doubt Nikki is mentally well enough to mount anything but an insanity plea. You know there are hundreds of podcasts painting Nikki as a cruel woman who killed Bear's friends, drove him to suicide and is so crazy she's blaming a magical wish toy for her actions. Add to that if the money didn't dissappear when Ian died one of the victims had a billion dollars cash in his house it has to be an absolute circus.
