if you've made replies on posts there is now a tab on your blog showing every post youve replied to and your reply.

if this is not what you want, either go to your blog and click comments and disable it from there or just go to your individual blogs setting pages. just change it from blue to grey if you dont want everyone to see your replies AND the post you're replying to

PLEASE BE ADVISED that it is set to disabled for blogs that have not made any replies but it will turn ON if you reply with that blog in the future.! i just tested it with my main, which was greyed out but it turned on the moment i left a test reply

so couple of clarifications. comments are disabled as default for primary blogs that have their likes disabled. they are seemingly enabled for all other blogs that have replied to posts

Especially those of you in the fanfic community, you steal your own work by going on c.ai and simultaneously kill us

For those who don’t know, ai takes from fresh water to cool its computer systems and the water can’t be recycled. ChatGPT alone uses 500 million gallons of water a day, and the AI industry used more water last year than the plastic water bottle industry. It also produces nothing original and takes from artists and writers alike.

"oh oh but I need chatgpt, I'm stupid!" Who's fault is that. If you're not special needs or neurodivergent I don't want to hear it, even then there's multiple other ways to educate yourself if you have mental or learning disabilities that don't include generative AI. 75% of Lake Tahoe will lose their electricity or have the prices SKY FUCKING HIGH because of their power supply moving to power the ai data center rather than the people, meaning there's not enough power to spare for both and they'll make a bigger profit off the data center. I'm tired of being surrounded by pigs with mush for brain who lack sympathy and don't care because it doesn't affect them YET. IT'LL BE YOUR PROBLEM TOO IF WE DON'T GET RID OF AI. THEN WE HAVE NO CHANCE OF SAVING ANYTHING BECAUSE THEN WE CANT EVEN SURVIVE. No water mean no life, no life means no saving the planet you guys claim to care about but really fucking don't because you can't even comprehend that there's multiple issues and ALL of them need handled wether it's the main cause of rapid climate change or not.

These people usually AI-generate new chapters for awaiting fanfictions, their impatience causes authors get their work stolen and fed to AI which actively harms people and their creative writing

IF you are someone who does this and say that you "appreciate the story and a huge fan of a certain author's work" know that the author and the whole writing community hates you, congratulations! Because of your actions, not only have you harmed the environment but also harmed an author's writing. Stop.using.ai.
