i think the worst part of this slump is that i really don’t want to go through the effort of getting to know a new world with new characters. it makes my brain hurt a little🌚

Just some pictures inspired by my favorite color in the world. Was wandering the stacks on the main floor which includes things like a first edition copy of Darwin’s Origin of Species and a copy of Napoleon’s death mask. These books are a little less climactic.

The one major purchase I wanted to make with the money I’ve worked for during my gap year was a good laptop for university and I finally bought it! I’m so happy with it even though it did hurt my bank account 😅 Lightweight, small, fast, and with good battery life!
I’ll be done with my job in 13 days, and my gap year will be over too (though I’ll be traveling a lot so it still counts)! Can’t believe how fast it all went!

It’s almost mid-May but here’s my cover page. Finally done with exams so… Yay! Freedom! I wanna be more organised for the next term, as I found myself cramming for exams and finishing assignments last minute :(
I’m thinking of implementing a study timetable - designating time to revise/make notes for certain subjects. I really enjoyed using flashcards to study so I might make notes and flashcards? I’m not sure yet but I gotta work this out before term starts or I’ll be in a world of pain like the past term.
P.S. I just realised it’s the last month of Autumn… 🍁 Winter is coming~!
