KNYTE released his first music video within the last 24 hours. Hot off the presses, new, local talent. I can’t wait to hear the full album which will be released this September. I love listening to new music before anyone else does.

The Weeknd - Can’t Feel My Face

Throughout the year it’s easy to forget all the things you should be grateful for. Growing up and living in a country like Canada, I tend to take a lot things for granted. Here is a short list of things we should be grateful for not just this Thanksgiving but everyday:

1. Your Health

Unfortunately illnesses, diseases, and deadly viruses have been circulating all over the world. If you have your health, please remember to give thanks and keep those who are not so fortunate in your thoughts. If you can contribute, please do. 

You can make a donation to help the Ebola crisis in West Africa through the Canadian Red Cross. 

2. Good Company

Whether it's family, friends, acquaintances, or co-workers, if you have someone in your life that is there for you, let them know! Give thanks to those who continually support us and love us no matter what mistakes we may make.

3. Food On Your Plate

My Grandpa grew up in Belgium during WWII when the Nazi's occupied them. Food was scarce. His family had to live off of whatever they could. Having an egg was a treat to be split between two people. If you are/were fortunate enough to have food on your plate this holiday, remember to give thanks and if you see someone who is hungry, please invite them to share what you are so fortunate to have every day.
