as of the 13th of march, at least 12300 children have died. at one funeral a day it would now take over 33 years. an extra six years since this was posted only a month and a half ago. another 2500 children lost.

For long hours and up to this moment - the intense and heavy artillery shelling does not stop - alongside ongoing demolition operations carried out by the occupation army in areas east of Gaza City.

Concurrently with that - infiltration operations, bulldozing, and field advances continue intermittently for days - in a scene that reflects ongoing escalation and gradual changes on the ground.

A false ceasefire .. and the calm is nothing but a trick.

A rocket could kill you at any moment, food and water are rationed, and the heaviest burden is being besieged by memories, destruction, and graves. It is a constant cycle of physical and psychological torment.

Prices in Gaza have started to rise unusually, and goods have almost disappeared from the markets. Types of vegetables are scarce and expensive, and meats have vanished from the markets too. I mean, what's happening is the beginning of a new famine; food is expensive and scarce in the markets!

The veteran Lebanese journalists, Fatima Ftouni and Ali Sheaib, were murdered today by the Israeli army. Their car, labelled clearly as 'Press', was deliberately targeted by an Israeli airstrike. Faced with people willing to speak the truth, the only thing the Israeli state knows is to threaten, maim, and kill. But, in the end, a liberated Palestine will remember and honour the martyrdom of these heroic journalists, while the apartheid regime will be nothing more than a ruin and a footnote in history.
