I don't know what was happening for the first little bit of the last time I was in university, but for some reason, sims kept getting sunburnt. Like... really sunburnt.

I didn't know what was causing it, and eventually it just stopped, but Addison Beaker fell victim to the sunburn-curse. Joshua Smith even stopped by to check her out and thought that she was pretty disgusting... that's nice.

During stream, we were talking about why I don't use shortened semester mods to get through the rounds faster. If there's so many sims and it's so overwhelming, why not?

The simple answer? I want my sims to get the university experience. A lot of big life events happen in university for my sims, like engagements.

For example, Mercutio Monty and Addison Beaker didn't meet until they got to college and were living in the same dorm together, but they ended up hitting it off and being a really cute couple.

It wasn't long until they got engaged and planned to spend the rest of their lives together. It may have been fast, but when you know, you know.

In Fauncirious Dormitory, many students use the big mirrors in the bathroom to practice their speeches and improve their charisma.

Here we have Joshua Smith and Tybalt Capp practicing their speeches; Joshua is talking about makeup, an Tybalt is talking about... is that soup?

I love the weather in the game, don't get me wrong... but if I had ONE COMPLAINT...

Dear lightning, please stop lighting my trees on fire.

I know you don't mean to (or maybe you do), but I need it to stop. It alarms me every time, because all of a sudden, a TREE IS ON FIRE!!!

I believe that Jill was struggling here because I made her write her term paper all in one go and she was sooooo bored by the end of it.

I don't feel bad, because I do usually play wants-based... except for in university. In university, you do your work and go to class and do whatever I say... because that's JUST THE RULES!

Since she was a child, Lucy Burb has become friends with every rodent that she sees. She loves having a small little friend, taking care of them, and especially playing with the rodent in her free time.

There's nothing like kisses from a little guy like Panda (who she owned while she was in university).

One of my first donor sims, Beth, has found her happy ending with a man named Roy Cummings.

Beth lives in the donor house, and in one of the early rounds, she got engaged and married to Roy Cummings, a nice man who she met while being out there in the world.

And on a random summer night, Erin Beaker's second child was born. Welcome to the world, Usher!

I don't know what's up with his head, and I don't know anything really about Usher yet, but I do know that these random pregnancies from one-night stands need to be STOPPED.

The universe really wanted Erin to settle down and be a mom... now for the second time.

Sims are random.

Sometimes they choose to do the most random and out-there thing... Fiona Curious wanted to freestyle for tips (why? we'll never know) so I made her do it out in front of the house to entertain passersby.

However, she decided to just go right out there in her pajamas, starting her routine and literally not giving a fuck about what anyone has to say.

You go, Fiona. You freestyle in your pajamas and show everyone how cool you are.

The Bernard family lives in Frosteria, which is my winter-only subhood that was created during winter wonderland week.

It consists of Emmanuel and Tabitha (Mom and Dad), teenage Marshall, and baby Melanie.

Now that older sister Maya is off at college and Mom and Dad are busy at work, it's time for Marshall to step up and help out around the house.

First things first — aging up baby Melanie.

Melanie is now a toddler, and Marshall will be looking into college soon, though he just became a teen. The years go by quickly.

Angela and Dustin got married in a small ceremony in the side yard of the Pleasant home. There were many people in attendance, including but not limited to:

Dustin's brother and sister, Beau Broke and Bailey Broke.

Dustin's half-siblings, Naomi Broke and Oliver Broke.

Dustin's mom, Brandi Broke, as well as her husband, Emil Broke.

Angela's parents, Mary-Sue Pleasant and Daniel Pleasant.

Angela's twin sister, Lilith Pleasant.

There could have been more guests, but that's all I could see in the pictures. The wedding wasn't very eventful, just a small ceremony and some food afterwards.

Dustin decided to take Angela's last name, mainly because he has now moved into the Pleasant home, so he might as well really become a member of the family by becoming a Pleasant.

Dustin Broke and Angela Pleasant are another one of those couples that have been together since high school. I like to think that Angela took Dustin right out of his bad-boy phase and into a brand new life as a sweet and loving man.

Dustin and Angela both graduated from college, and they were happy to move back in with Angela's parents to start their new life together. Of course, that new life started with a proposal. Dustin has put a ring on it.

I don't remember the outcome of this. I actually don't even remember this happening... like at all. That's how much shit goes down in my streams every day.

I will come back eventually with updates on the Lazlo-situation. For now, we know that Lazlo has been abducted. That is all.

I love how a sim's personality influences how they live their lives.

An active sim will wake up early, whereas a lazy sim will wake up late. A friendly sim will make friends easier, whereas a mean sim will have a harder time, and possibly make more enemies.

Then there's clean vs. messy sims.

Clean sims want to make their beds, clean up the dishes after eating, and then sometimes even clean the whole bathroom.

Messy sims on the other hand? The bathroom filled with water puddles after one shower. Dishes left on the table... forever. And even the smallest details; like sims getting food everywhere when they eat.

Nyon Specter is one of the messiest sims in my uberhood, having zero clean points. He is notorious (in my game) for making a mess everywhere he goes.

Even while sitting down for a meal with his son, he manages to get soup particles EVERYWHERE. Poor Owen, just trying to enjoy a meal with his father, and getting sprayed by whatever kind of soup it is that they're having.

At my main plantsim household, The Rose Farm, a majority of my plantsims live in a large green house with a business attached.

There are a variety of items made at the household, from toys to flower arrangements to (sometimes) robotic items. Hazel Rose does most of the store-managing, from doing the cash to selling to the customers.

She is not currently dating anyone (exclusively... hello, Daniel Pleasant) but she takes her time sometimes to look at customers and check them out... in a way that doesn't have to do with the cash register.

There are many Curious households in my neighborhood.

Over in Chloe's neck of the woods, things are going well. Maybe it's just because life can be dreadfully ordinary sometimes, or because their dog sleeps outside in front of the house most nights.

It makes me think that maybe the dog is protecting the household, like the way the pets can in The Sims 3? Even if it just so happened to be coincidence, it's still very cute.

Don and Nina were both aging up into elders, so they decided to invite literally almost everyone they knew over to their house for a party.

The party was a roaring success, and it was a good way to welcome Don and Nina into elderhood.
