(there's the implication that had she looked back, she would have been unsuccessful. either looking at harrow would have made her unable to go through with it OR it would would have given harrow time to stop gideon) in this, she's a successful orpheus. she prevents eurydice's death. eurydice can live because orpheus did NOT look back, hut this time it comes at the expense of orpheus instead of eurydice.
