I'm so sorry, Travis. That's entirely my fault. When I start working, I tend to go a little m.i.a and leave everyone wondering if I'm alive or not. Yes, most of the time we have underlying stories, or there is history between those fighting. Even if there isn't, we still have lots of various things that go into our matches. We have plans, and we talk about what we each want out of the match. Especially if it is a title match. Ahhh I forgot you were in the Queen's Gambit! My ex loved that show and got me into watching it.

I think that's such a cool way of storytelling. So different from a book or a movie, but there's such a rich history in it. So you guys basically brain storm before going in the ring? Wow, I don't know if I should be flattered or concerned.

Great question! With wrestling, there is a huge backstory, isn't there? You guys all play parts and I find that fascinating. For me, people think I'm really good at chess and have even challenged me to a game due to my role in The Queens Gambit. It's flattering, really, and at one point I genuinely could play, but since ending that project, all the skill I had has totally vanished.

i'm not the biggest lord of the rings fan, but i do love it. my dad used to have it on all the time when i was growing up, so i have very vivid and fond memories of sitting through the extended editions. that's why i'm so thrilled not only that the universe is continuing, but that you're getting to be part of it! i knew you had to be an elf. elves are such ethereal, beautiful creatures in that world, and you just fit it perfectly. are you filming it yet? and more importantly... what does a girl have to do to get an all-access set pass?
