Guess what? If you’re on a public street then it’s not your fucking right to not be filmed. As long as he’s not up your skirt or obviously stalking you over a period of time you can’t do a damn thing legally. If the footage is put on one of those revenge porn sites then you may have a case but that’s very difficult to prove.

Actually, it’s illegal to secretly record someone in Massachusetts. So while she is openly recording him, if he was covertly video taping women, he could be breaking the law.

also in her original post on facebook, she states that he was expressly filming her ass and crotch, as well as those of girls who could NOT be older than 14. He is a sexual predator and pedophile. I can’t wait for his family, boss, coworkers, wife, and everyone he knows to see this.

who fucking cares about the legality, it’s creepy and rude to film people when they ask you not to, especially when they’re just going about their regular business, nothing noteworthy happening.

i need everyone to read this post. it’s so important that it can’t just stay on reddit. it needs to become the biggest fan theory on the internet. it need to be bigger than l+r=j. when i read this post it had 300 upvotes and now it has 4,000 but that’s not enough. i have to tell everyone i know about this.
