Last night was scary. I felt existential crisis and demons are too powerful asking me to jump off this window. Luckily it has grills. Voices are telling me to insert my head between the grills and to push myself through, voices are telling me go down get a knife and do it. I tried to resist and leave my door open for my parent's easy access whatever I do with myself.

It was too dark and scary to be in that situation. I am weak and the voices are strong but lullabies of calm and hope begins to hum in the midst of my silence.

Salamat kasi kinakausap mo ako lagi kahit madalang nalang akong dumulog sayo. Pero sa dalang na yun, hindi mo ako binigo 😓

I believe that God just spoke to me today. He reminded me where everything comes from. He reminded me today that everything comes from His Glory and Grace. My relationship, strength, health and wealth.

Go on and express yourself. Go on and cry. Do not underestimate what you feel. Don't compare your offended feelings to a cancer patient who is fighting for their lives. Don't compare your offended feelings to unfortunate people who can not afford to eat today. Do not COMPARE.

Hindi ako magsasawang alagaan at mahalin ka baby. You are the sweetest! Kasama ka sa lahat ng plano ko kaya hindi ako mapapagod gawan ka ng mga good diet at ikiss araw araw.
