I don't know what I'm doing but it seems to be ok.

Obviously the AU romance stuff but that's pretty standard for the recent PGR story from what I've seen so I won't pick at that too much. It dragged on a bit too long though for my tastes and genuinely kinda took the wind outta things. It's set up for other future characters unlike others so I can forgive it to some extent but still could be pruned down by a node or two. The one node I actually straight up closed the game and walked away though was node 24. I think it actually got me tilted when Alpha started explaining the Sephira tree. I feel like its a bit early to be hashing this out to even just the player (since SKK is not going to remember any of that). Like it kills the intrigue of what the hell the Sephira technology can even do. Even the way its kinda sold in the Vanguard bits feels a tad contrived through how its presented. And giving names to the fruits/branches in advance feels hokey at best. Alpha straight up changed the name of her fruit so why bother naming them until they have taken shape through the frames that adopt them? It's felt like they were spelling out the endgame and it didn't make me feel like pushing forward was worth it after that. I did though, and I enjoyed the rest of it. - And just because I'm a Vonn simp, the conversation between him and Alpha in node 24 was also pretty lackluster given the setup of things. I feel like that was a good opportunity for in Interview Pt. 2. It would have been a good to bring up Ravenge given his role in things and played into Alpha's whole "letting go". No, instead she just zero'd in on SKK and then Vonn gives her his cat and she leaves. It was very strange lmao. -
