🌱🐌 some very cottagecore things to do during quarantine: 🐌🌱

So my brain chemistry is prone to anxiety and depression. My lesbian wife’s brain chemistry makes her blissfully happy most of the time, and in a natural meditative state the rest of the time. I simply can’t imagine what that would be like and I know she has a hard time understanding my anxiety brain. But she does understand that it’s a real thing. And, rather than trying to convince me that my anxious thinking is absurd (even when it is), she does these little things to give me what I need — even when she doesn’t understand why I need them. I get especially anxious when she’s away and start thinking illogical things like “what if she stops loving me?” So this week, before she left for a business trip, she hid all these simple little notes around the house. And you know what? They totally settled my anxiety.
