I really hoped I wouldn’t have to do this again but I need your help please

I’m behind on my rent again. My benefits have fucked up and I’m not gonna get any more money for this month. I don’t know what else I can do, as I can’t work for the moment. My mental health has been deteriorating. I’m doing everything I can to get support but I’m not getting any. I’m not getting any help or support from my family either, so I’m really struggling.

I even went to the hospital few days ago, to see NHS mental health service because I’m feeling suicidal and they sent me home, sobbing my heart out, with a few pieces of paper. I feel so helpless and lost. I mean, if NHS can’t help me with my mental health, then what the fuck am I supposed to do?

What’s worst is that there is a guy living in one of the rooms in my houseshare, he went to prison in March but he’s back. He is aggressive, violent and he’s even threatened me a few times. I don’t feel save here at all.

I really want to pay off the rest of my rent I owe, so then I can hopefully move to somewhere nicer and cheaper. But I can’t until my rent is all paid off

I’m desperate, I’m really struggling to pay my rent and bills, if I don’t pay my rent soon, it will go into arrears and I really don’t want that to happen because I’m already in arrears with my bills. Luckily I managed to get some food from the food bank, so I don’t have to worry about food.

I can’t work at the moment because my mental and physical health has gotten worse. I’m going to start physiotherapy on 30th April, and I’m currently in counselling, so I will hopefully be able to get back into work within the next few months.

It’s taken a real mental toll on me, I’ve had the landlord calling me and bill companies too, but I can’t answer the phone, I’m too scared, so I’ve been having panic attacks daily now and I’m not getting any help or support from my family.

I am really desperate so any pennies you contribute, would be greatly appreciated and I will forever be grateful.
