I'm not sure why I feel compelled to share, but it probably has something to do with this podcast I just listened to at the gym this morning. When my alarm went off at 6 AM this morning I was not feeling like getting up out of bed. But I never regret going to the gym and it's listening to podcasts like this that really inspire me for the rest of the day. I felt like I had to share. She talks about being REAL and not being afraid to open up and be vulnerable and share with others as a way to heal ✨ and love ❤️ ourselves and strengthen our human connection. It is through this connection with others then that we can effect change in the world. But only when we all feel safe and held and loved inside. This was just one little snippet on the podcast, but I feel really inspired to make a promise to myself and to be more real and open (which isn't really that easy for me to do!) #yogagirl #inspiration #podcast
