I've been really inspired lately by Nuria Tamarit 's art. I've admired her work for a very long time and I'm not going to lie, this is basically a study of her work. I've done a few more of these that I'm going to share soon and I'm hoping to keep feeling inspired by her works, to challenge myself to try more artstyles and other mediums and hopefully become as skillful an artist as her. Besides the artistic inspiration, this is a self portrait of me enjoying one of my favourite past times when I visit home in rural, FLAT southern Germany (as opposed to pennine north of England). Although my skating buddy is missing in this depiction.
