“You need to lighten up”

Your f/o does not think that you're lazy or disgusting. Your f/o understands your mental illness is impacting you and you are struggling bringing yourself to shower or even just brush your teeth. They know you don't want this but also know that it's so hard to fight against it. Your f/o will not even think about shaming you for this or anything. They want to help you and offer you anything that might help, like brushing teeth together or even taking a shower together if you're comfortable with that. Maybe they just coax you gently - while also respecting when it's too much and you simply can't do it today.

Jacob: He doesn’t look you in the eye often, but when it happens it’s far too intense to look away. And you understand his passion, because after looking into his eyes you feel it too. 

John: John is captivated by you. You can see the fascination in his eyes– he’s afraid that if he blinks he’ll miss something new, something that will surprise him, because the only thing predictable about you is that you’re unpredictable to him. So his eyes never leave your person. Whether he’s searching yours, trying to figure you out like a puzzle or admiring the etchings he’s made in your skin, he’s always watching, and always entranced. Sometimes you catch a great sadness lurking behind the surface, and you wonder where exactly the mask ends and John begins.
