It’s practical, and awesome - this #stepstool of birdseye curly maple and quartersawn white oak that I made. Besides commissioned builds and inventory, I work on shop projects like this simple #brochureholder made from #walnut offcuts and a scrap of walnut plywood. I love the contrast the exposed core of the plywood has 😍 It does balance very well so I didn’t add a brace, but could if I need to. Coated with @rubiomonocoatusa pure. I made two and already put one in a friends retail business to advertise my services. I’ve always got scraps so will likely make some more with other wood species.
