Breitbart isn’t an ethical news source anymore. This is clearly sponsored content and the headline “Creative Masterminds behind Batman The Hulk and Suicide Squad” is an intentional lie. Chuck Dixon didn’t work on Suicide Squad or The Hulk and was in no way the creative mastermind behind Batman. In the ad they also claim he worked on Avengers which he didn’t. Meanwhile Brett R Smith is a colorist who’s barely colored Suicide Squad, hasn’t worked on The Hulk or Avengers either but hey at least he’s colored some Batman comics so it’s not a total lie. And he seems to be a colorist that fills in for other people and not a good colorist. He’s done some covers though and actually drew a GI Joe/Transformers crossover once. 

In recent GamerGate news an employee of Nintendo of American has been fired; this is, and to deny it is retarded, the fault of GamerGate.

So let’s get some of the facts on the board of what lead to Rapp’s termination.

1. Using a PR account as a personal account; this should have been enough to at least get written up and punished, but termination for this is retarded as hell. 2. Harassed and ostracized customers for criticism of her terrible job on Fire Emblem Fates; this would be fine tbh if she didn’t use the PR account. 3. Wrote a thesis in college on cultural differences in relation to child sexual agency and portrayed sexuality of children; kinda gross, but not a worthy “offense” to be terminated. 4. Has many opinions on child sexual agency that should NOT be tied to a PR account; still, if this has only been brought to Nintendo recently she should have gotten a warning first to switch her opinions to a personal account.

Now to the sequence of events leading to her termination and why I have problems with this situation.

1. FE:Fates comes to town and is announced to have fewer features than it’s Japanese released version. 2. Fans are upset and voice their concern; as always, many of these voices are just screaming people mad to be mad. 3. Allison sees this criticism as a direct threat of her character and decides to… make her character seem worse? 4. GG hates that she is being a massive asshole, which has no real good side persay, and decides to dig into Rapp for dirt to shut her up. 5. GG finds the child sexual agency tweets and paper and decide “THAT MEANS SHE’S OKAY WITH CHILDREN GETTING FUCKED!!!” and brings the info to the Wayne Foundation. 6. The Wayne Foundation contacts Nintendo and gets her fired.

Now, where do I find issue? The confusion between child sexual agency and pedophilia is my main concern, especially when it comes to GamerGaters who are huge fans of Milo; Milo, the man who lost his virginity at 12 (admitted on his appearance on The Drunken Peasants Podcast) I’m sure we’ll see a piece by Milo on Rapp, an article that will go against his very being.

I also draw issue at who did the digging and ratting to T.W.F. by writing a clickbaity and misinformed hit piece on Rapp; John fucking Kelly! John Kelly, as we know, is a click bait “journalist” who ostracizes journalists for click bait. John Kelly is also known for leading doxxing campaigns to bring down “ecelebs” as a part of GGRevolt.

I take issue with the tactics used; even if Rapp had used a personal account and not used the PR account to spread her ideas, I have no doubt the outcome would be the same. These tactics are well known to be used by feminists to get people fired for “wrongthink” and opinions they hate. I do like showing feminists that they aren’t the only one’s able to do this, but at what cost? Should we really go against our own principles and ethics because “you do it too, why can’t we?”
