The question even implies that he’s volunteering to patrol the streets to keep people safe and reduce people’s reliance on cops

Crime Frank knows what it’s like to be prejudged based on appearance, so you know he’s gonna take a little time to think about what he’s seeing when he arrives on the scene.

Now I want fanart of Crime Frankenstein. I want him to come to represent community-run conflict resolution/crisis response programs. Images of Crime Frankenstein driving intoxicated people home, calmly talking people through mental health crises, breaking up fights nonviolently, supervising safe injection sites for people who suffer from drug addiction, etc.

Join a local trade union and the IWW. Join or start a local tenant’s union. Volunteer with Food Not Bombs and do other mutual aid in your community. Support your local solidarity economy and maker community. Build, fix, and grow stuff. Use free, open-source software and stop letting companies sell your data. Pirate stuff. Break unjust laws. Attend local actions

If you’re younger and can’t join unions or go to protests, you can still do some of the above.

Also, you can definitely join radical groups and participate in organizing protests and action groups when you’re younger.

How to Repair a Pothole

Gen Z is great, I’m glad they’ve already started calling out a lot of shitty things that millennials have done.

And to clarify, I don’t say this because some teenagers made me feel bad or something, I’m saying this because the idea that you have to live your life to the fullest and do everything you want by the time you’re in your mid-twenties has left me with debilitating depression, anxiety, and inferiority issues. It’s the same with most of my friends.
