very strange thing just happened where I went to the very nearby clinic and asked them how their walk-in system works bc I still have an outer ear infection which isn't going away and they gave me an appointment for one hour from now? on the spot? like they straight up have a same-day appointment available?? what is this, the year 2000?

good news! no infection, but likely a micro-perforation in my eardrum from the previous infection that will clear up on its own in a few weeks.

this disability pride month lets be kinder to folks with moral ocd . no more “if you really care about this minority , you’ll reblog this post” , “someone will die if you don’t reblog this” , etc etc , and all other kinds of guilt tripping reblog bait . at the VERY LEAST tag your reblog bait so we can filter it out and avoid unnecessary spirals . it’s 2026 , we need to move past using guilt to get engagement .
