Drawings inspired by Mexico City's subway. The structure is the Ehécatl's Shrine, a Mexica construction that was found when building the Pino Suárez station, where it has been exhibited since then 🤓☝️

I’m still training my eyes to see the real colors, because some hues aren’t what they seem to be. For example, I thought the face was made of tones of orange, its actually made of tones of pink and purple.

I’ve been doing traditional art for so long, through these studies I’ve been trying to get used to make digital art.

I like the contrast between topside’s art-deco/symmetric architecture and undercity’s art-nouveau/asymmetric style
