So, transition plan so far:

-Join the public healthcare system at 18 (only with the purpose of getting T cheaply eventually)

-Get testosterone privately (which I found out is affordable) while waiting for public healthcare to give me an okay

-Get top surgery (not through public healthcare, and when I can afford it)

-Get metoidioplasty (when I can afford it)

I just researched a bit more on costs of gender affirming care, cuz I’m planning on getting metoidioplasty in the future and in Finland (which is where I live) it is only accessible through public healthcare (I think) but I found out that in Germany (where most of my family lives) it’s only like 15 000-30 000 euros!!

And so I can literally just go there to get it done!

You wake up in the middle of the night with a sharp pain in your chest, it’s pretty mild but noticeable, it repeats a couple of times but then goes away for a moment. In this moment your bitch ass ocd decides to make it a big deal by telling you it’s a heart attack. You say no, it says yes, you go back and forth for a while. And after a few minutes of back and forth the pain is getting worse, and you also start to get a panic attack. You end up actually believing that there is a possibility you are having a heart attack. What was it actually? Idk, hunger or something who cares, you didn’t die and everything was fine, but that BITCHASS MOTHERFUCKER DECIDED TO MAKE A TINY LITTLE THING LIFE THREATENING BY GASLIGHTING YOU

I really need to talk to someone about the issues I had in the past, but I don’t know how to bring it up and I also don’t know who I could trust with the information. I have really bad trust issues when it comes to things like this, and I’m in highschool so I’m scared people would spread the word.

I’m also really disgusted with myself and have been ever since all that stuff happened and I’m afraid people would see me differently if I told them.

I know this might seem like I’m trying to get attention or something (especially if u look at one of my most recent posts) but this is just my way of asking for help.

I haven’t felt comfortable enough to tell anyone this for about 7 years, but I think I feel ready to tell someone now. I’m just scared people would judge me or think I’m disgusting, which I really don’t want.
