“There will be no exploding, little one. I promise. What I want to do right now is spend some time with you because I have been absent, that’s all. When your time with family is limited you only want to talk about nice things.” Anakin entered the garden where exotic flowers from all over the galaxy grew prosperously. “What would you like to see first?”

“Nevermind…” Anakin took a deep breath as he closed his eyes momentarily, it was not worth the trouble. Plus, he didn’t want his granddaughter involved in family problems so young, she would have enough time for that as she grew up. “Yes, your grandma has been putting a lot of effort into making it pretty so we can spend some time in there, she’s almost done. I think it looks fantastic.” he walked out of the house with Padmé in his arms. It was a beautiful day outside and the sky was bright. 

“Did she?” Anakin sniggered as he welcome his granddaughter into his lap, hugging her affectionately “Well, she is right, sometimes your Master is just being a pain in the… a pain. Let’s go, take a walk with grandpa, I haven’t been to the garden in a long time and I want to see how grandma’s flowers are doing.” Anakin got up, still holding her in his arms.
