i’m happy

             i enjoy every day        i’m off my meds

i lost a shit ton of weight      

                                                 i hardly drink any more(i can, i don’t have some sort of limit that someone placed there for me, i just don’t feel the need to anymore)

i don’t smoke cigarettes any more         i don’t count           i don’t obsess about excercise

i’m content with being at home        my traumas don’t live here any more

i cry because of gratitude                i love                       

by chance, i was taught how to meditate about 8 months ago

no one monitored me, it wasn’t something i paid for. i just happened to be around when friends of mine were about to meditate

i didn’t know wtf i was doing, but i kept on trying to do what they taught me that day for the next 3 weeks for a bout 10 min 3 times a week, and then one day i got it. things made sense and it literally just snowballed from there and snowballed into life.

a LOT happened...i learnt so much so quickly, and the learning isn’t always particularly pleasant yet i always enjoy it
