I've found via stress cleaning that I have A TON of happiness/about me/gratitude/self care journals. I figure I'll share the page or prompt that I'm doing each day.

This will keep me accountable and possibly offer resources to anyone who can't get prompt books or just need new ones. I'm going to do the same with coloring pages when I can so you can print and color or digitally color when you want. I have high anxiety due in part to being diagnosed PTSD. These are little ways I try to calm my racing thoughts or force myself to take a break when I'm trying to stay busy to avoid moments of stillness.
