But not the end of us

I was honestly waiting for the announcement, and now it’s there. Gosh, I’m gonna miss the show. It had me scared shitless, laughing so hard I couldn’t breathe, morning over loss and pain, on the edge of my seat and in love with the characters. It was everything, everything I ever needed in a show. I am forever grateful for what the actors, the crew, the network and everyone who was involved, has created.

This might sound a little weird, but I’m also happy. Supernatural is gonna go out on its own terms, because that’s how SPN rolls. Imagine the final season, imagine the finale! It’s going to be beyond epic! 

And after that? After the end, not only the angels will spread their wings and fly out. Our boys will finally have more time with their families, will get new opportunities, new challenges. Think of what great things they have given us and what more might come our way. 

But the most important thing this show has given me, is never going to fade away. It’s this group of interesting people who supported Supernatural and supported each other. The fandom, our family.
