I know in my heart that I need God. I wholeheartedly believe in Him - for what He has shown me and done. From His promises and answered prayers, I will never doubt His existence.
That doesn't mean that I am not struggling.
I am thankful for a loving God who is present. Who is understanding of 'human things'.
Following Jesus is not simple. It is hard. There is so much trust to give and accepting that I'm not in control.
I ask to deepen my relationship with Him.
As long as He knows and is in control, I don't need to worry.

Father,
Help those who are struggling in their faith or relationship with you, like me. Awaken those whose spirits are asleep. Fight alongside those who are battling storms and giants. Lord, I pray over those who are wandering or lost. Those who are being weighed down by negative or evil spirits, I pray in the name of Jesus - that you lift them up, be near to them , that your presence will cause evil to flee, shield us, and I ask that you guide us with your Holy Spirit.
