Jesus Christ - The World's Savior and Redeemer

Your salvation has nothing to do with your feelings. You’re not saved because you feel like you’re hanging on by your fingertips.

You’re saved because you’re in the Father’s hand, and He’s not going to let you jump out.

Jesus said: “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.” John 10:27–28

If the Lord gives you eternal life, you’re not going to lose it because you get discouraged. You can try to jump out, but you won’t succeed. You cannot lose your salvation.

We are “kept by the power of God through faith” (1 Peter 1:5), and we are sealed “unto the day of redemption” (Ephesians 4:30).

You’re not saved because you’re holding on to God.

Matthew 5:13-16 NLT 13 “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.

Mark 8:38 NLT 38 If anyone is ashamed of me and my message in these adulterous and sinful days, the Son of Man will be ashamed of that person when he returns in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.”

Romans 1:16-17 NLT 16 For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. 17 This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”
