It was an odd day, that was for sure. It had started like most, but then things got weird. Nothing had gone wrong, so far. To say this was unusual for him would be understatement. Perhaps he was paranoid— it wouldn’t be the first time— but something told him otherwise.
Having decided to wander the town in lieu of sitting around looking for a new job, he was surprised to find himself being hailed by a woman with red hair and a lost expression on her face. He was more surprised when he realized her accent.
"Hi, can I help you?"
“Hopefully, yeah,” Donna sighed. “I’m not from around here, if that’s not obvious. An’ I was with my friend before he took off running somewhere... have you seen him run by here at all?”
“Tall, brown hair, really skinny... he’s wearing a brown pinstripe suit.”

He didn't say a thing. All he did was go up to her, and put his hand on her shoulder delicately, knowing full well that she may brush him off.
