A magpie gathering mud for his nest from Beaver Pond... Which doesn't have any beavers.
The name comes from the fact that there were some beavers living there, having rewilded themselves from nearby, and startled a dog walker. They went back to the pond after being returned home a couple of times & even being moved to a more suitable habitat at Studland, but they ultimately went over to Swanage on the other side of the bay. Read all about what they did next HERE.
