To wrap up my series of photos taken from the garden chair, here is a little photographic tribute to the pool season so far. It can certainly be considered a success.

The Eurasian jay looks forward to the World Cup final with great anticipation — as does the photographer ;-).

Incredible! I had no idea how fluffy jays can look.

The most enthusiastic bathers in my garden are the blue tits. Very cute!

The bullfinch doesn't care much for bathing and prefers to hold back.

Unfortunately, we don't have hummingbirds here, but the hummingbird hawk-moth brings a similar vibe to our region.

This robin has a deformed crossed beak. But it seems to be coping well.

Sometimes "our" star is accompanied by its offspring, which look around at the surroundings with interest.

No bird🦋

The wood pigeon is one of the most faithful visitors to my garden.

The robin fledgling visits the feeding spot every now and then, but is very cautious and quickly disappears.
