tell yourself things you do not believe. it feels stupid at first but I've done this for years and now I believe it when I say "I'm good at this" or "I love myself" or "I deserve good shit!"

make a note of every mundane good thing that happens to you. mental or literal notes! could be as little as "the sky is a nice shade of grey, it's calming" or "I ate a piece of fruit today, I'm looking after myself" or "I talked to a friend". again, feels stupid at first, but I genuinely believe this is part of why I have so many "good days". trick your brain into storing things in your long-term memory that you wouldn't otherwise remember.

Totally unrelated, the Among Us show does such a good job integrating all the canon game mechanics into the story line. Except the New Game mechanic. That one's missing. We should help add it.

If I'm going with the theory that Green and Orange were infected in episode 1 by the cracked-open imposter eggs, that sets a good baseline reason as to why the two imposters change at random every cycle. A double-infection always occurs, but who gets hit changes and there's no way to notice as it happens.

I also personally have a headcanon I like which, assuming infection theory is real, the imposters do genuinely adopt the thinking, mannerisms, values, personality, and behaviors of the host they've infected--just now their ultimate goal is killing. I like this headcanon because it feels like a good in-show explanation to playing rounds with your friends where your friends are still your friends, sometimes they just have covert killing as their secret goal.

Also each loop can completely change up who survives and how long, landing me on my secret true motive: keeping Blue alive long enough to be Final Girl.

Fiona is married so it's time to reunite with her parents. But instead of marrying a prince, she's married to an ogre. Not just that, but she's also an ogre. (Yes everyone knew she would sometimes be an ogre but that was when she was a child, she didn't know she would be an ogre for the rest of her life, and besides once she met the right prince she would stop being an ogre. She was supposed to stop being an ogre.)

But okay they're both ogres. We can still ask about when they'll have children because even if they're ogres they can still have kids, right? That's what married princes and princesses do so naturally that's what everyone does. Even if ogres might not be great parents (I've heard that ogres eat their young, is that something you people do?) it's still something that should be discussed.

And okay you can stay in Fiona's childhood bedroom filled with all the reminders that hey, everyone thought she was just a princess and princesses marry princes. Her toys left out from the last time she played with them. The prince slays the ogre. The princess offers a token of gratitude for slaying the ogre. Fiona wrote Mrs. Fiona Charming a million times in her diary because what else was she supposed to grow up to be?

And Harold you have to fix this, your country can't be ruled by ogres. You were unfit to rule when you were a frog but I changed you, I made you better, I made you a prince. You know how this works. Think of your daughter's safety.
