Tonight was vegan lasagna. I’m not vegan (as proved by the garlic bread - contains milk) but I try to eat plant based when I can as I feel healthier eating only a small amount of fish/meat each week.
2 hours of a fitness class called Swoove today. The first hour was strength and was a Pilates based workout. I’ve never done that class before but my at-home Pilates work really helped me as I was able to do the whole class. The second class/hour was the usual dance fitness. It’s so much fun, I wish I could do it every day! Next class is Tuesday but I will be doing Pilates tomorrow (Monday) all the same.
I have work tomorrow. It’s just a voluntary job but I enjoy it just the same. Going to have breakfast in Starbucks (5 grain oatmeal and a coffee) tomorrow morning (early-7am) before i go in.
Yesterday’s and today’s dinners.
Yesterday: Mediterranean tuna pasta bake leftovers with tomato and cucumber.
Today: luxury fish pie.
Had a bit of a moment yesterday where I kinda binge ate but today I’ve stuck to healthy eating and tomorrow I have 2 hours of gym classes.
Today’s offering for lunch: sweet potato and butter bean curry with a coriander-yoghurt thing.
Breakfast was banana and cinnamon oats sweetened with honey.

Currently in Starbucks, enjoying an English breakfast tea and a tuna melt panini for 414 calories as my dinner.
Got in an hour of Pilates this afternoon, usually I do the beginner workout but today I tried the normal one and I surprised myself at how much of it I could actually do.
Tonight I will be joining some friends for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, I do it every Thursday.
Feeling positive, feeling strong!
So today I woke up at 193 pounds. So -10 overnight. I know it’s just water weight but it’s motivating just the same.
Breakfast was chocolate orange oatmeal, sweetened with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Lunch has been a Mediterranean tuna pasta bake full of vegetables and topped with reduced fat feta and reduced fat cheddar cheese.

This is my space for me. Where I will post about the stuff I think and do. So, weight loss, mental health, autism and Pokémon. Pokémon is my special interest.
I hope to post pictures of my life as I journey through it.
I have schizoaffective disorder and OCD too. Currently today depression is kicking me hard but I managed to do 50 minutes of beginners Pilates.
203 pounds today, I know it’s not great to weigh every day but I am going to anyway.
Looking forward to tomorrow, getting new plates and bowls (how exciting?!), a Pilates workout and a dungeons and dragons session with friends.
