I found this recipe for vegan chickpea flour frittata’s from @montanavegan. What healing tools or techniques do you use? Music and rest is a great way to mentally stimulate or heal yourself. Personally, I have tried acupuncture but found taking a warm bath and adding a couple drops of essential oils or Epsom salt helps me the most. Especially if my body is sore from working out. There’s always that one photographer that you are always on the same page with that knows what style or look you are going for just by judging by your personality. I have opened up over the years, I was not always so open and direct with friends and family or even colleagues. I was and still am quite the introvert. I would say in the past two to three years I have really started to come out of my shell and tell people how I feel. I was naive and went with whatever people would say, I have gotten into a lot of trouble by listening to bad advice since I was afraid to say “No” or to question ones advice.
