How do you read it? (2)

Isolano can be read in two ways (and has two/three different meanings):

ìsolano => from the verb isolare (to isolate), 3rd plural person (loro isolano = they isolate (sb))

isolàno = inhabitant of an island (islander), or something relative of an island (insular)

An example of a sentence containings both could be:

Le tempeste isolano l’isolano. = Le tempeste ìsolano l’isolàno. => Storms isolate the islander.

Soi è il pronome tonico che corrisponde a "tout le monde".

In generale, dopo una preposizione si usa il pronome tonico. Es. Max travaille avec moi. / Parton sans eux.

Dopo "c'est" si utilizza un pronome tonico. Es. C'est toi?

Con "aussi", "non plus", "pas", "et", "ni" si utilizza un pronome tonico. Es. Je suis fatigué. Et toi? Moi aussi. / Elle n'est pas sympa! Lui non plus. / Jo a faim. Pas moi.

Per rinforzare il soggetto e marcare un contrasto, utilizziamo un pronome tonico. Es. Je suis en forme, et toi? Moi, je suis fatiguée. !! Non dire "moi, je..." per iniziare una conversazione.
