I'm truly afraid that the media literacy (and literacy altogether) is going extinct

Ever since season 6 of Miraculous came out, I've seen people shitting on Marinette for keeping who Monarch really was a secret, especially from Adrien

And I have a question

Are we watching the same show???

Because I just returned to the show and time and time again Marinette wanted to tell Adrien the truth, but Nathalie kept her from doing it

Also, Marinette is fucking FIFTEEN??!!!

How many of you were making good life decisions at fifteen?

Yeah, maybe she shouldn't have lied in the first place

But with the weight of the world on her shoulders at, again, fifteen, and no fucking manual on how to be a teenage superhero.... Sometimes you fuck up

I'd love if we'd transfer that energy into shitting on Nathalie and every adult involved

I'm not saying that Marinette is not to blame, okay?

She's put herself, and everyone else, in a very shitty situation that is extremely hard to make right as of now

Yeah, she decided to lie to protect Adrien and on one hand I understand her, but on the other, she shouldn't have done that

What I was ranting about, is that I've noticed that some of the fans of the show straight up shit on JUST Marinette and no one else

And I would like to remind them that Mari isn't the only one lying, okay?
