Okay ladies and gaydies - not to be a huge dyke on main, but I visited Shibden Hall today and felt emotions I've never felt before. I walked where Anne walked, and you could really feel her heavy presence in the air. It was magical. I also touched Anne Lister's actual bed where she and Ann Walker would have slept together.

Also, the place is a lesbian haven. I saw so many lesbian couples, many of them butches, wandering around, being freely in love. It was so beautiful to see.

I also served some peak butch style while visiting.
