A Faculty Development Program (FDP) under teaching learning centre was organised by University of Delhi from 14th July to 28th July, 2021. Dr. Samit Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, AKS University, Satna (M.P.) participated in two weeks program which was equivalent to refresher course on 'Chemistry-The catalyst for change' and obtained grade A. *PLACEMENT OF STUDENTS* It’s a matter of extreme pride that five students of Mining Department got selected in Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation. One student Kiligu Sarvan Kumar Reddy of Diploma in Mining and Mining surveying has been selected as Manager( Survey) at package of Rs 10 Lakhs per annum and posted at mine near Sigrauli MP. Four other Diploma holder students namely Akash Singh, Saurabh Singh, Kailash Viswakarma and Vijay Kewat have been selected to work as Overman at package of Rs 6.0 Lakh per annum. Kumar Reddy is the only student amongst all the competitors who got selected as Manager( Survey).
