i never know what to do when i'm feeling overwhelmed by social interactions. i withdrawal from all communication for days, cause i dont really know what else to do. i feel distressed by being actively social for too long and log off twitter and other social media i'm usually active in. i dont have a social phobia or anything but im starting to suspect this is going beyond my introversion. i feel like apologizing to the people i havent answered in days but the thought of replying to any text makes me exhausted already. aw man im tired 😮‍💨 i wish i lived isolated from society, but like, rich enough to buy whatever i need from the city. maybe that's why we dont know most billionaires? they might be living my dream anti-social life

i find it deplorable how much cnc and other rapey tropes are normalized and consumed in fanfiction. those who write and consume it are people who need urgent psychiatric intervention and we gotta stop pretending theyre not. certain traumas are supposed to stay between you and your therapist or god or the void whatever
