Since this year marks my 10 year anniversary of starting Ringling collage, I am going to start posting some of my favorite projects I’ve done. They may not be perfect but these projects were the keystone of me finding my voice and to be creative, daring, gain confidence, and learning new techniques with other classmates. This package design project was my first attempt at doing package design (can’t you tell? 😅). These were phobia boxes that we had to create out of whatever phobia we wanted. I had tonssss of ideas but I really love using humor in my art and I thought this would be perfect and I got a kick out of it so much. I could make it so much better now but the fact that I was confident enough to design and share this piece I made was really what mattered. The teacher even displayed it on the design floor so every grade was able to see it in a glass shadow box! (Which made it even more hilarious and really boosted my confidence in my further art exploration).
